Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: In meiner Rolle im Netzbetrieb Onshore entwickle ich strategisch wichtige, technisch fundierte Vertragskonzepte, die eine rechtssichere, effiziente und zukunftsfähige Betriebsführung unserer Netzanlagen gewährleisten. Als technische Ansprechpartnerin arbeite ich eng mit internen Fachbereichen, Netzkunden und externen Partnern zusammen und verbinde technische Anforderungen mit regulatorischen Vorgaben - für eine sichere und nachhaltige Netzinfrastruktur.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Wahrnehmung der Funktion der Vertragsmanager*in im Netzbetrieb Onshore für alle zugehörigen Assetklassen,
- Konzeptionelle Erarbeitung von strategisch ausgereiften Verträgen zu Betriebsführungs- und Instandhaltungsaspekten sowie deren operative kunden- und assetspezifische Ausgestaltung in Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern,
- Effizienzsteigerung im Vertragsmanagement durch Implementierung und Umsetzung von Rahmenverträgen sowie Optimierung von Prozessen im Vertragsmanagement,
- Federführende Erarbeitung und Verhandlung von Verträgen für den Zu-/ Abgang und den Umbau von Assets,
- Ermittlung, turnusmäßige Neubewertung und Weiterverfolg (Kostenplanung / Abrechnung) von vertraglich vereinbarten Betriebskosten.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Elektrotechnik / Energiewirtschaft (Master / Diplom) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Kenntnisse im Vertragswesen,
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office und Datenbank-Anwendungssoftware,
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift,
- Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Dienstreisen zu Umspannwerksstandorten im Netzgebiet der 50Hertz und zum überregionalen fachlichen Austausch.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung in der Betriebsführung von Netzanlagen,
- Erfahrung im Vertragsmanagement,
- Praktische Kenntnisse mit juristischen Schwerpunkten im Rahmen des Studiums oder der Berufspraxis.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe.
