Definieren Sie mit Ihrem Know-how die Anforderungen für Konverteranlagen zur Hochspannungsgleichstromübertragung (HGÜ) und Blindleistungskompensation (FACTS) in unserem Übertragungsnetz.
In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position:
- Erarbeiten Sie technische und technologische Grundsätze für die Errichtung von primärtechnischen Anlagen zur Hochspannungsgleichstromübertragung und Blindleistungskompensation.
- Legen Sie den Schwerpunkt auf Leistungselektronik in Großanlagen wie SüdOstLink und NorthSeaConnector.
- Begleiten Sie unsere Großprojekte dabei von der frühen Konzeptfindung, die Sie aktiv mitgestalten, über die Vergabe an einen Auftragnehmer bis zur Realisierung und Übergabe an den Betrieb.
Ziel ist ein standardisiertes und gut durchdachtes Gesamtsystem, das über die gesamte Lebensdauer sicher und zuverlässig betrieben werden kann.
Um fachlich unterstützen zu können, arbeiten Sie sich tief in die technischen Grundlagen der Systeme ein und entwickeln Ihr Wissen kontinuierlich weiter. Sie sind die/der erste Ansprechpartner*in bei Fachfragen Ihrer Kolleg*innen, die HGÜ- oder FACTS-Anlagen im Netz errichten. Sie wirken an der Verhandlung von Verträgen mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern mit, die Geräte und Leistungen gemäß Ihrer Spezifikation bereitstellen. Die Einhaltung der definierten technischen Grundlagen überwachen Sie bei Abnahmeprüfungen im Herstellerwerk oder in unseren Anlagen und vertreten hier die Interessen von 50Hertz.
Auf Ihrem Fachgebiet pflegen Sie einen regen Austausch mit Fachkolleg*innen bei 50Hertz, aber auch bei Forschungsinstituten und Fachfirmen. Im Bedarfsfall veranlassen Sie mit Unterstützung der Fachspezialist*innen Grundsatzuntersuchungen sowie Gutachten. Im Unternehmen bringen Sie Ihr Wissen aktiv ein und vertreten Ihre faktenbasierte Meinung. Hier zeigt sich Ihre Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit. Abstimmungsprozesse steuern Sie mit großem Organisationsgeschick.

Ihr Kompetenzprofil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master/Diplom) in Elektrotechnik, elektrischer Energietechnik oder ähnliches,
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der technischen Einrichtungen der Hoch- und Höchstspannungstechnik AC und DC, insbesondere Leistungselektronik,
- Sprachen: gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2),
- Versierter Umgang mit PC-Standardsoftware, insbesondere MS-Office sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse von Betriebsmitteldatenbanken und SAP.
Idealerweise bringen Sie zusätzlich mit:
- Grundkenntnisse der Stromrichter- und Konvertertechnik (HGÜ und FACTS),
- Kenntnisse zur konkreten technischen Umsetzung von Großprojekten, z. B. im Bereich Technische Projektleitung, Engineering, Site-Management oder Inbetriebsetzung.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed.
