Ich übernehme die Gesamtverantwortung für Projekte im Netzbetrieb – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Ich gestalte die Energiewende aktiv mit, damit das Licht bei uns allen an bleibt. In meinem Projekt leite ich die Umsetzung von Projekten im Netzbetrieb, die für den sicheren Betrieb des Höchstspannungsnetzes entscheidend sind. Dabei arbeite ich mit Spezialist*innen aus verschiedenen Bereichen zusammen und entwickle mein Know-how kontinuierlich weiter. Ich leite vielfältige Projekte, bei denen ich Ideen einbringen und Verantwortung übernehmen kann. Und das Beste: Ich arbeite in einem starken Team mit echter Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe – wir lachen viel, unterstützen uns gegenseitig und feiern Erfolge gemeinsam.
Meine Aufgaben
- Steuerung von Terminen, Budgets und Ressourcen in enger Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, regionalen Ansprechpartner*innen und externen Dienstleistern (z. B. Ladesäuleninfrastruktur, Gerätetausch),
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner und externer Vorgaben hinsichtlich Erbringungsqualität, Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz,
- Begleitung von Vergabeverfahren und Vertragsmanagement im Rahmen des Projektumfangs,
- Organisation der Zusammenarbeit und des Informationsflusses zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten,
- Weiterentwicklung von Projektstandards gemeinsam mit Kolleg*innen.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder des Bauwesens (Master/Diplom bevorzugt) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement,
- Lust auf Verantwortung, Organisationstalent und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen,
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office,
- Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1) in Wort und Schrift.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil
- Bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Infrastrukturprojekten oder beim Betrieb von elektrischen oder baulichen Anlagen,
- Kenntnisse in einem ERP-System wie SAP.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.
Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.
Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
