Ich gestalte und skaliere als Chapter Lead die IT‑Bereitstellung der Elia Group, verankere moderne Delivery‑Praktiken, entwickle starke Teams und sichere eine effiziente, wertorientierte Umsetzung.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: In dieser Rolle leite ich das Chapter Delivery Enablement und definiere Bereitstellungspraktiken, Standards und Fähigkeiten in der gesamten Organisation, wobei ich die Abstimmung mit Produktstrategie, Portfolioprioritäten und Finanzplanung sicherstelle. Ich spiele eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau und der Entwicklung von Lieferfähigkeiten und Teams sowie ermögliche so skalierbare und wertorientierte Lieferungen.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Ich definiere und treibe die unternehmensweite Delivery-Enablement-Strategie voran – inklusive moderner Frameworks, Standards und Arbeitsweisen innerhalb der IT,
- Ich verantworte die Einführung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung agiler Methoden und Delivery-Praktiken und schaffe dabei die Balance zwischen standardisierter Zusammenarbeit,
- Ich stelle sicher, dass Lieferfähigkeiten optimal mit Produktstrategie, Portfolioprioritäten und Finanzplanungszyklen abgestimmt sind,
- Ich schaffe klare Sichtbarkeit von Delivery-Performance, Kapazitäten, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten und ermögliche so fundierte Managemententscheidungen,
- Ich führe, coache und entwickle Delivery-nahe Rollen sowie (funktionale) Sub-Chapter (z. B. Agile, Qualität, UX, Standards & Methoden) und stärke deren Wirksamkeit,
- Ich gestalte und skaliere Delivery-Kapazitäten, treibe den Aufbau leistungsstarker Teams voran und fördere den Austausch in Communities of Practice,
- Ich stelle eine effektive Steuerung von Delivery-Prozessen, Lifecycle-Management und relevanten Leistungskennzahlen sicher,
- Ich verankere End-to-End-Qualität, Nutzerzentrierung und nachhaltigen Kundenwert entlang des gesamten Delivery-Lebenszyklus,
- Ich initiiere und steuere Verbesserungsmaßnahmen auf Basis von Feedback, Leistungsdaten und Best Practices aus der Branche,
- Als strategischer Partner*in für Produkt- und IT-Führung treibe ich die Weiterentwicklung der Delivery-Reife und der organisationalen Wirksamkeit maßgeblich voran.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Hochschulabschluss in IT, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich,
- Umfassende Erfahrung (typischerweise 10+ Jahre) in IT-Delivery, agilen Umgebungen oder Produktorganisationen,
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Definition und Verbesserung von Delivery-Praktiken, Rahmwerken oder Betriebsmodellen,
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams in komplexen, teamübergreifenden oder länderübergreifenden Umgebungen, einschließlich disziplinärer und fachlicher Führung,
- Tiefes Verständnis für agile Bereitstellung, produktzentrierte Arbeitsweisen und Portfolio-Ausrichtung,
- Solide analytische Fähigkeiten mit Erfahrung in Leistungsverfolgung und Lieferkennzahlen,
- Starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Managementfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, führende Stakeholder zu beeinflussen,
- Strategische Denkweise kombiniert mit einem pragmatischen, ergebnisorientierten Ansatz,
- Kollaborativer Führungsstil mit Fokus auf kontinuierliche Verbesserung, Lernen und Exzellenz in der Umsetzung,

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
