Hier erstelle ich die Business-Architektur für unser Asset Management.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz ist einer der vier Übertragungsnetzbetreiber in Deutschland. Zusammen mit dem belgischen Stromnetzbetreiber Elia bilden wir die international tätige Elia Group. Wir betreiben das Stromsystem und zentrale Marktprozesse für den Stromhandel. Wir befinden uns mitten in einem ambitionierten Investitionsprogramm mit vielen neuen Assets und Technologien. In meiner Rolle als Business & Data Architect verbessere ich die Business-Architektur für einen reibungslosen Übergang von der Bauphase in den Betrieb und unterstütze die Transformation zu einem datenzentrierten Unternehmen. Zudem unterstütze ich bei der Zusammenstellung und dem Aufbau neuer Produkt-Teams.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Erstellen der Business-Architektur für den Asset-Lifecycle (Bau und Betrieb neuer Assets, insbesondere Offshore und DC-Technologie),
- Festlegen von Datenverantwortungen (Data Domains) und Aufbau von Data Products,
- Unterstützung bei der Zusammenstellung von Produkt-Teams,
- Identifikation von Synergien innerhalb der Elia-Gruppe.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Business Analyse, Business Architecture oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld,
- Abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium der Fachrichtung (Wirtschaft-)Informatik oder (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwissen oder naturwissenschaftliches Grundlagenstudium mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung,
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe fachliche und organisatorische Zusammenhänge zu analysieren, zu strukturieren sowie strategisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen mit übergeordneten Unternehmenszielen zu verknüpfen,
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz im Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern aus Fachbereichen und IT,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (min. C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Methodenkenntnis der Business Architektur (z. B. TOGAF),
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Infrastrukturbauprojekte und Netzbetrieb,
- IT-technisches Verständnis zur effizienten Klärung von Schnittstellen zwischen Business-Architektur und IT-Umsetzung.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
