Ich plane und koordiniere Projekte für den Erhalt und die Erneuerung technischer Anlagen unserer Netzinfrastruktur
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Ich gestalte die Energiezukunft bei 50Hertz – als Projektplaner*in denke vorausschauend, plane mit Überblick und arbeite gerne an Projekten mit echter Relevanz. In dieser zentralen Rolle unterstütze ich nicht nur den bedarfsgerechten Ausbau unseres Hochspannungsnetzes, sondern sorge auch dafür, dass unsere bestehende Infrastruktur zuverlässig und zukunftsfähig erhalten bleibt – damit die Energiewende ein sicheres Rückgrat behält.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Planung und Steuerung von Budgets, Ressourcen und Kosten für Infrastrukturprojekte und den Ersatz technischer Anlagen im Hochspannungsnetz,
- Erstellung, Abstimmung und Pflege langfristiger Projektpläne (z. B. 5-Jahres-Planung) im Bereich Asset Management und Netzmodernisierung,
- Koordination der operativen Umsetzung von Infrastrukturmaßnahmen – inklusive Dienstleistersteuerung, Terminverfolgung und Projektcontrolling,
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitungen, Portfoliomanagement, Einkauf und Regionalzentren zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs,
- Monitoring von Projektfortschritten, Pflege von Projektdaten in Projektmanagement-Tools und kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Planungs- und Steuerungsprozesse.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaft, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Aufbau, in der Pflege und Auswertung von Datenbanken und Datenanalysen (z.B. MS Excel inkl. Makros, MS Access),
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Praxiserfahrung in der Erstellung von Reports und Dashboards mit Tools wie Power BI oder SAP,
- Kenntnisse in der digitalen Workflow-Gestaltung z.B. mit Microsoft PowerApps oder ähnlichen Anwendungen,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektplanung und/oder operativen Umsetzung technischer Infrastrukturprojekte (inkl. Budgetplanung und Projektcontrolling),
- Fahrerlaubnis PKW für gelegentliche Dienstreisen.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed.
