Du leistest einen wesentlichen Beitrag, um das Next Generation Netzleitsystem für die digitale Energiewende zu entwickeln.
Das macht den Job interessant: 50Hertz entwickelt das Next Generation Control Center Ecosystem (Modular Control Center System), um den Anforderungen an die Digitalisierung in der Energiewende zu erfüllen. Hierfür entwickelst du neben klassischen SCADA Control Funktionalitäten ein übergreifendes Steuerungsprodukt für alle Assets der Systemführung und Offshore Operations, sowohl für elektrische Betriebsmittels als auch in Nebenanlagen. Gestalte mit uns diesen Wandel und begleite uns hautnah in der damit verbundenen Entwicklung der Schalt- und Steuerprozesse sowie -software.
Im Team Monitoring werden die Werkzeuge und Prozesse entwickelt, die für die Netzüberwachung des Übertragungsnetzes und von Nebenanlagen wie z.B. Offshore-Plattformen notwendig sind. Diese Funktionalitäten ermöglichen unseren Systemoperatoren die verlässliche und übersichtliche Darstellung unseres Netzzustandes zur Überwachung des Übertragungsnetzes und der Möglichkeit zum bedarfsgerechten Eingreifen. Dadurch unterstützen wir eine sichere Integration von erneuerbaren Energien und fördern die Energiewende.
Meine Aufgaben
- Gestaltung bzw. Weiterentwicklung der Vision und Roadmap des Produktes Monitoring mit SCADA-nahen Funktionalitäten zur Netzüberwachung in unserer modularen Plattform zur Steuerung und Überwachung von Stromnetzen,
- Du bist mit deinem Team verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb (You build it, you run it) der Software und der Prozesse rund um Grid Monitoring in der Systemführung und bei Offshore Operations,
- Du bist verantwortlich für dein Backlog, das Erstellen von User Stories, die Abstimmung mit anderen Teams und der Präsentation in Sprint Reviews gemeinsam mit dem Team,
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler*innen, Architekt*innen, Anwender*innen und Fachspezialist*innen sowie den anderen Product Teams des Product Clusters,
- Du verstehst Dich als Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen den Entwicklern*innen und Stakeholdern,
- Planen, Treiben und Durchführen von Proof of Concepts, MVPs, sowie Analyse von potenziellen technischen Lösungsansätzen,
- Erstellung, Abstimmung und Pflege von Roadmaps, Release-Plänen sowie der Betriebsplanung des entwickelten Produkts.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Ingenieurswissenschaften, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Physik,
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle,
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden, insbesondere Scrum,
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Software für technische Anwendungen, idealerweise im Bereich Stromnetze oder SCADA,
- Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative,
- Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu visualisieren und zu erklären,
- Entrepreneurship mit Kreativität für neue Lösungsansätze bzw. einem lösungsorientierten Produktdenken,
- Teamplayer*in sein: d.h. andere Teams mit eigenem Wissen unterstützten,
- Hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft und Bereitschaft sich in aktuelle/neue Themen einzuarbeiten,
- Sprachen: Deutsch Verhandlungssicher (C1) und Englisch (B2).

- Idealerweise: Schulungen / Zertfikate zu SCRUM und/oder SAFe.
