Ich konzipiere und implementiere neue Methoden fürs Engpassmanagement, um die Intergration erneuerbarer Energien ins nationale und europäischeStromnetz voranzubringen.    


Das macht den Job für mich interessant: In dieser Position entwickle ich neue Konzepte und Werkzeuge für die Systemführung im Höchstspannungsnetz und wirke bei deren Integration in die tägliche Arbeit der Kolleg*innen in der operativen Systemführung mit. Im Speziellen liegt meine Verantwortung bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Konzepten für die Flow-Based Kapazitätsberechnung und -validierung in der Core und Central Europe Kapazitätsberechnungsregion. Die Kapazitätsberechnung stellt das zentrale Bindeglied zwischen dem physischen Übertragungsnetzbetrieb und dem Strommarkt dar. Meine Innovativen Ideen sind gefragt, um ein Maximum an erneuerbaren Energien sicher in das Netz zu integrieren, die Energiewende voranzutreiben und dabei die Systemsicherheit & Kosteneffizienz zu wahren. 


Mein Arbeitsalltag:
Ich unterstütze bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von nationalen und europäischen Systemführungskonzepten, bewerte diese aus Perspektive von 50Hertz und der Elia Group und führe diese als Kopf eines Operationalisierungsteams in die operative Systemführung ein. Ich vertrete50Hertz zu diesem Themenbereich in deutschen und europäischen Gremien und übernehme gegebenenfalls die Leitung von Projektgruppen. 
 

Durch meine Mitarbeit können wir die nationale und internationale Kooperation verstärken und zu einer verbesserten Integration Erneuerbarer Energien in unser Stromnetz beitragen und damit die Vision von 50Hertz „100 % bis 2032“ verwirklichen.

 
Mein Profil:

  • Mit Master oder Diplom abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik/ Energietechnik oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens mit entsprechendem Schwerpunkt,
  • Systemverständnis für elektrische Energiesysteme,
  • Kenntnisse des Strom-Binnenmarktes und zugehöriger Regularien und Networkcodes auf nationaler wie europäischer Ebene von Vorteil,
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Netzberechnung und -simulation von Stromnetzen,
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in einer Programmiersprache (z.B. Matlab, Python, R) von Vorteil,
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich IT und Softwareentwicklung sind von Vorteil,
  • Sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1),
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz,
  • Ausgeprägter Teamgeist,
  • Lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
