Übernimm die fachliche Führung für übergreifende SCADA Engineering Themen in MCCS/GrAS.

Meine Aufgaben:
- Aufbau von Fähigkeiten, mit denen SCADA‑Funktionalität modelliert, konfiguriert, getestet, ausgerollt und betrieben werden kann,
- Fachliche Verantwortung für den SCADA Engineering Lifecycle,
- Command‑ & Switching‑Engineering (Schaltlogik, Sicherheitsregeln),
- Aufbau und Pflege eines produktzentrierten Backlogs entlang funktionaler Capabilities,
- Mitgestaltung von Architekturentscheidungen aus Produktsicht (klarer fachlicher Kompass),
- Übersetzten von Betrieblichen Anforderungen, regulatorischen Zwängen und Sicherheits- und Verfügbarkeitsanforderungen in produktive Capabilities,
- Fachliche Führung und Coaching der Product Owner sowie Abstimmung zu Produktstrategie und Roadmap,
- Koordination von Querschnittsthemen wie Datenmodell-Standards, Security, Compliance und Integrationsstrategie,
- Moderation von Workshops und Entscheidungsrunden sowie strategisches Stakeholder-Management,
- Verantwortung für Budget, Zeitvorgaben und die Skalierbarkeit sowie Zukunftsfähigkeit des Produktportfolios.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsrecht, Rechtswissenschaften, BWL, VWL oder vergleichbar,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in vergleichbarer Rolle mit strategischer Verantwortung,
- Erfahrung mit SCADA/EMS-Systemen mit Fokus auf SCADA Engineering
Verständnis von Modell- & Datenorientierung, - Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams,
- Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden (Scrum, SAFe) und Stakeholder-Management,
- Kenntnisse in IT-Security und Compliance im Energiebereich,
- Sprachen: Deutsch (C1), Englisch (B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung in der Moderation von strategischen Workshops und Entscheidungsrunden,
- Starkes Verständnis von Energie- und Netzdomäne.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group.
