Durch meine Expertise im Bereich Frequenzhaltung entwickle ich Konzepte, Prozesse und Tools zur Wahrung der Frequenzstabilität in einem Stromnetz ohne konventionelle Kraftwerke.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Ich bin Wegbereiter*in beim Thema Frequenzhaltung und liefere einen essenziellen Beitrag für die Wahrung der Systemsicherheit in einem Netz ohne konventionelle Kraftwerke.
Im Team für Systemdienstleistungen verantworte ich den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung von Tools und Prozessen im Bereich Frequenzhaltung und trage so unmittelbar zur Umsetzung innovativer Lösungen für die Integration erneuerbarer Energien in unsere Frequenzhaltungsprozesse bei. Gemeinsam mit meinen Teamkolleg*innen kümmere ich mich um die Erschließung neuer Systemdienstleistungspotentiale sowie ihre standardisierte Integration in die operativen Systemführungsprozesse. In diesem Umfeld habe ich die Chance, mich in nationalen und europäischen Gremien zu vernetzen und mein Know-How bezüglich Systemdienstleistungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Meine Aufgaben
- Projektverantwortung für Tool- und Prozess-Entwicklung im Bereich Frequenzhaltung,
- Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung des Präqualifikationsprozesses,
- Durchführung von Datenanalysen,
- Erstellung von Konzepten für die Integration erneuerbarer Energien in Systemdienstleistungsprozesse,
- Bedarfsmanagement und Schnittstellenkoordination für Daten im Kontext Frequenzhaltung,
- Enge Zusammenarbeit an den Schnittstellen zu operativer Systemführung, IT, Energiewirtschaft, Assetmanagement, Netzplanung und Regulierung,
- Vertretung von 50Hertz in nationalen und europäischen Gremien.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Mit Master oder Diplom abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens,
- Relevante Berufserfahrung zu Frequenzhaltung oder verwandten Themen im Kontext
der Netzsicherheit und -stabilität, - Außerordentliche analytische Fähigkeiten,
- Ausgeprägtes Systemverständnis für elektrische Energiesysteme,
- Erfahrungen mit der automatisierten Analyse großer Datenmengen,
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Programmiersprache (z.B. Python),
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift:
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse des Strom-Binnenmarktes und zugehöriger Regularien und Networkcodes auf nationaler wie europäischer Ebene, insbesondere in Bezug auf Frequenzhaltung,
- Vertiefte technische Kenntnisse der Leistungsfrequenzregelung.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
