Absolviere gemeinsam mit 50Hertz Dein duales Studium der Informatik und sammle wertvolle Erfahrung bei dem Übertragungsnetzbetreiber für Nord/Ost-Deutschland und lege den Grundstein für Deine höchstspannende berufliche Entwicklung. Bei uns wirst Du durch die Kombination aus Theorie und Praxis zum Fachexperten – für die Entwicklung und den Einsatz von Software und für die wirtschaftliche Führung, Steuerung und Organisation eines Unternehmens und dessen Prozesse.

Deine Aufgaben – Ein Blick in die Praxis
Im Rahmen deines dualen Studiums lernst und trägst Du dazu bei,
- Moderne und innovative Technologien sowie Unternehmensprozesse zu verstehen,
- Prozesse zu verbessern oder auch neue Prozesse zu definieren,
- Softwarelösungen für die effiziente Instandhaltung unseres Stromnetzes zu entwickeln,
- Projekte agil zu managen und kleinere Projekte eigenständig zu übernehmen.
Freue Dich auf Abwechslung in jeder Praxisphase, einen unterstützenden Mentor und auf eine Menge neues Wissen. Innerhalb Deines 3-jährigen Studiums wechselst Du alle drei Monate zwischen den Praxisphasen bei 50Hertz und den Studienphasen bei unserem Kooperationspartner, der Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin.
Dein Profil
- Abitur oder passende Fachhochschulreife mit (bevorstehendem) gutem bis sehr gutem Abschluss,
- Motivation, Neues zu lernen und Verantwortung für erste eigene Projekte zu übernehmen,
- Spaß im Umgang mit den modernen Kommunikationsmitteln sowie IT,
- Pflichtbewusstsein, strukturierte Herangehensweise und Eigeninitiative,
- Ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an informationstechnischen und wirtschaftlichen Themen,
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und sehr gutes mathematisches Verständnis,
- Vorzugsweise Vorkenntnisse in der Programmierung,
- Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift (C1).

A job with a future
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

What I particularly appreciate about 50Hertz is the opportunity to get to know numerous different departments and thus gain a comprehensive insight into the company. Even during my first year, I was given a lot of trust and responsibility. I also had the opportunity to work with great teams and experience joint activities such as team events, workshops and summer parties. This promotes cohesion and makes working at 50Hertz particularly attractive for me.
At 50Hertz, I am completing my training in an exciting and future-oriented environment. At the moment we are in the joint training, which gives me the opportunity to gain new experience and deepen my knowledge outside of 50Hertz. I find it particularly nice that I notice how well the training at 50Hertz prepares me for different tasks and how exciting it is to be involved in the future of energy.
