Absolviere gemeinsam mit 50Hertz Dein duales Studium der industriellen Elektrotechnik und sammle wertvolle Erfahrung bei dem Übertragungsnetzbetreiber für Nord/Ost-Deutschland und lege den Grundstein für Deine höchstspannende berufliche Entwicklung. Dafür bist Du im Team Asset Ersatzprojekte und Betrieb & Instandhaltung angesiedelt.

Deine Aufgaben – Ein Blick in die Praxis
Im Rahmen deines dualen Studiums lernst und trägst Du dazu bei,
- Die Studieninhalte dort anzuwenden, wo die Energiewende umgesetzt und die Stromversorgung für 18 Mio. Menschen rund um die Uhr sichergestellt wird,
- Projekte zur stetigen Weiterentwicklung unserer Werkzeuge und zum Tausch von Assets und betrieblichen Infrastrukturen eigenverantwortlich durchzuführen,
- Projektdaten auszuwerten und zu verstehen,
- Verständnis für das operative Projektmanagement aufzubauen,
- Und die Aufgaben des Projektmanagements zeit- und qualitätsgerecht auszuführen.
Der Studiengang industrielle Elektrotechnik vermittelt Dir übergreifendes Wissen im Bereich der Elektrotechnik, der Informationstechnik, dem betrieblichen Management sowie der Mathematik und gibt spezifische Einblicke in die Funktionsweise elektrischer Systeme und Übertragungsnetze der Zukunft. Darüber hinaus wirst Du in betriebswirtschaftlichen und rechtlichen Grundlagen geschult, um optimal auf die Arbeitswelt vorbereitet zu sein. Durch das Duale Studium entwickelst Du ein tiefes Verständnis über die Unternehmensabläufe und Arbeitsbereiche bei 50Hertz und bist somit sehr gut auf Dein Berufsleben vorbereitet. Dabei wechselst Du alle drei Monate zwischen den Praxisphasen bei 50Hertz und den Studienphasen bei unserem Kooperationspartner, der Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin.
Dein Profil
- Abitur oder passende Fachhochschulreife mit (bevorstehendem) gutem bis sehr gutem Abschluss,
- Interesse an der Energiewende und Spaß im professionellen Umgang mit den modernen Kommunikationsmitteln sowie IT,
- Motivation, Neues zu lernen und Verantwortung für erste eigene Projekte zu übernehmen,
- Pflichtbewusstsein, strukturierte Herangehensweise und Eigeninitiative,
- Begeisterung für elektro- und energietechnische Themen,
- Allgemeines technisches Grundverständnis,
- Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift (C1).

A job with a future
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

I also had the opportunity to work with great teams and experience joint activities such as team events, workshops and summer parties. This promotes cohesion and makes working at 50Hertz particularly attractive for me.
At 50Hertz, I am completing my training in an exciting and future-oriented environment. At the moment we are in the joint training, which gives me the opportunity to gain new experience and deepen my knowledge outside of 50Hertz. I find it particularly nice that I notice how well the training at 50Hertz prepares me for different tasks and how exciting it is to be involved in the future of energy.
