Deine Aufgaben – Ein Blick in die Praxis
Im Rahmen deines dualen Studiums lernst und trägst Du dazu bei,
- Die Studieninhalte dort anzuwenden, wo die Energiewende umgesetzt und die Stromversorgung für 18 Mio. Menschen rund um die Uhr sichergestellt wird,
- Betriebliche Daten auszuwerten und zu verstehen,
- Die Instandhaltungskonzepte des Facility Managements weiterzuentwickeln,
- Die Aufgaben des Projektmanagements zeit- und qualitätsgerecht auszuführen.
Der Studiengang Technisches Facility Management vermittelt Dir übergreifendes Wissen zur bestmöglichen Unterstützung der Produktivität des Menschen an seinem Arbeitsplatz. Du lernst, wie Gebäude, technische Anlagen oder Einrichtungen, betrieben, instandgehalten und optimiert werden. Dabei wechselt Du alle drei Monate zwischen den Praxisphasen bei 50Hertz und den Studienphasen bei unserem Kooperationspartner der Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin.
Dein Profil
- Abitur oder passende Fachhochschulreife mit (bevorstehendem) gutem bis sehr gutem Abschluss,
- Interesse an der Energiewende und Spaß im professionellen Umgang mit den modernen Kommunikationsmitteln sowie IT,
- Motivation, Neues zu lernen und Verantwortung für erste eigene Projekte zu übernehmen,
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Umgang mit den Kolleg*innen im Team und bei 50Hertz,
- Pflichtbewusstsein, strukturierte Herangehensweise und Eigeninitiative,
- Ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Themen,
- Begeisterung für bautechnische und allgemein naturwissenschaftliche Themen gepaart mit einem Interesse für die Energiewende,
- Allgemeines technisches Grundverständnis,
- Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift (C1).

A job with a future
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

I also had the opportunity to work with great teams and experience joint activities such as team events, workshops and summer parties. This promotes cohesion and makes working at 50Hertz particularly attractive for me.
At 50Hertz, I am completing my training in an exciting and future-oriented environment. At the moment we are in the joint training, which gives me the opportunity to gain new experience and deepen my knowledge outside of 50Hertz. I find it particularly nice that I notice how well the training at 50Hertz prepares me for different tasks and how exciting it is to be involved in the future of energy.
