In meiner Rolle gestalte ich die Zukunft kritischer Infrastruktur und entwickle komplexe, sicherheitsrelevante TGA‑Systeme strategisch weiter.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Mit meinem Know-how in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung und -automation nehme ich eine zentrale Rolle im Unternehmen ein. Technisch bewerte ich die Betriebsgebäude, HGÜ- und FACTS-Anlagen und gestalte meine Anlagen im Übertragungsnetz von heute und morgen. So treibe ich aktiv die Weiterentwicklung des Höchstspannungsnetzes innovativ, sicher und effizient voran. In dieser strategischen Rolle mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum habe ich die Möglichkeit Standards zu entwickeln und Zukunftstechnologien aktiv mitzugestalten. Gemeinsam im Team setzen wir zukunftsfähige Konzepte um und leisten einen aktiven Beitrag zur Energiewende.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung und Verantwortung von Strategien, Standards und Leitplanken für TGA‑Automationssysteme im Übertragungsnetz,
- Steuerung des Assetportfolios über den gesamten Lebenszyklus (inkl. CAPEX/OPEX),
- Risikobasierte Priorisierung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit und Compliance,
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Betrieb, Projekten und Partnern sowie Steuerung technischer Schnittstellen,
- Fachliche Begleitung von Projekten von der Planung über die Beschaffung bis zur Abnahme.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften (z. B. Versorgungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Gebäudeautomation, Maschinenbau) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Anlagen, idealerweise in TGA, Energie- oder Industrieumfeld,
- Erfahrung im Asset Management, Anlagenbetrieb oder in der technischen Projektarbeit,
- Kenntnisse in Normen, Sicherheit und regulatorischen Anforderungen,
- Deutsch verhandlungssicher (C1), Englisch mindestens gut (B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung in kritischer Infrastruktur, Energieversorgung oder Offshore-Anlagen,
- Kenntnisse in Asset-Management-Systemen,
- Erfahrung mit Investitionsplanung oder Standardisierung technischer Systeme.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
