Meine Aufgabe umfasst die zentrale Steuerung, Weiterentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung der Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen von Netzanlagen.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Bei 50Hertz gestalte ich aktiv die Energiewende mit und entwickle innovative Lösungen für den Betrieb und die Instandsetzung der Schutz- und Leittechnik von Netzanlagen. Ich steuere und optimiere Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeitendenweiterbildung und Qualitätssicherung der Schutz- und Leittechnik. Dabei arbeite ich an der Schnittstelle von Technik, Digitalisierung und Prozessinnovation – immer mit dem Ziel, die Infrastruktur der Zukunft sicherer, effizienter und klimafreundlicher zu machen.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Zentrale Ansprechpartner*in im Netzbetrieb für die Schutz- und Leittechnik an Netzanlagen,
- Mitwirken bei der Weiterentwicklung der Instandhaltungsstrategie und Implementierung der Maßnahmen in SAP PM,
- Technische Verantwortung für die Ausschreibung und Verwaltung von Dienstleisterverträgen zur Umsetzung der Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen,
- Mitarbeit und Leitung von Arbeitsgruppen zur Störungsaufklärung und -beseitigung an HS-Geräten,
- Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungen im Bereich Schutz- und Leittechnik für neue Mitarbeitende sowie für die Einführung neuer Technologien.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master/Diplom) der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Energiesysteme oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office,
- Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement als Projektleiter*in,
- Führerschein Klasse B für gelegentliche Dienstreisen im 50Hertz Netzgebiet,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Instandhaltungsmanagement an Netzanlagen,
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP PM.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe.
