Hier sorge ich für den zuverlässigen Betrieb der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung in unseren Anlagen der Schutz- und Leittechnik.

Mit dem SüdOstLink, modernen Stromrichteranlagen und STATCOM-Technologie schafft 50Hertz in Wolmirstedt die Voraussetzungen, um in Zukunft große Mengen erneuerbarer Energie sicher zu transportieren und gleichzeitig die Stabilität des Stromnetzes in Nord- und Ostdeutschland zu gewährleisten.
Dabei übernehme ich im Bereich Sekundärtechnik die Verantwortung für den zuverlässigen Betrieb der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) sowie dazugehöriger Nebenanlagen in unseren HGÜ- und FACTS-Anlagen. Gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern sorge ich hier für einen sicheren und qualitativ hochwertigen Anlagenbetrieb.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit und dauerhaften Verfügbarkeit der TGA, insbesondere von Lüftungs-, Heizungs-, Klima- und Kälteanlagen,
- Fachliches Leiten von Prüfgruppen sowie Durchführen von Prüfungen und Funktionsproben an Einzelkomponenten,
- Teilnahme an Werksprüfungen (Factory Acceptance Tests) sowie Begleiten von Inbetriebnahmen,
- Parametrieren und Inbetriebnehmen von Komponenten und Anlagenteilen,
- Erkennen, Analysieren und Beseitigen von Störungen an Nebenanlagen der Gebäude sowie an HGÜ- und FACTS-Anlagen,
- Koordinieren und Dokumentieren von Instandhaltungs-, Reparatur- und Projektmaßnahmen,
- Qualitätssicherung bei Neu- und Umbauprojekten sowie Begleitung von Abnahmen,
- Mitwirkung in fachübergreifenden Arbeitsgruppen und Zusammenarbeit mit unserem regionalen Facility Management,
- Teilnahme am Bereitschaftssystem nach erfolgter Einarbeitung.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Eine abgeschlossene Techniker- oder Meisterausbildung, z. B. im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Versorgungstechnik, Sanitär-/Heizungs-/Klimatechnik (SHK / HLKS), Kältetechnik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung,
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der technischen Einrichtungen der TGA (insbesondere Lüftungs-, Heizungs-, Klima- und Kälteanlagen),
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office,
- Offenheit gegenüber technischen und organisatorischen Neuerungen,
- Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung (z. B. Schaltberechtigungen),
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1),
- Führerschein Klasse B.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung in der Koordination von Fremdfirmen und externen Dienstleistern,
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Gebäudeleittechnik und/oder Automatisierungssystemen (GLT/MSR),
- Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen, Regelwerke und technischen Vorschriften,
- Grundkenntnisse in SAP und mit Betriebsmitteldatenbanken,
- Gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
