Ich übernehme gemeinsam mit meinem Spezialist*innen-Team Verantwortung für die Begleitung und Inbetriebnahme von neuen Netzanlagen im Offshore-Betrieb für die Nord- und Ostsee.
Das macht diesen Job interessant: Mehr Meer wagen - unser Offshore Betrieb wächst und sucht nach einer gestaltungsstarken Teamleitung welche den meeresübergreifenden Offshore Netzausbau aktiv mitprägt. Als Fachgebietsleitung OO-O stelle ich gemeinsam mit meinem Team einen sicheren, zuverlässigen und regelkonformen Betrieb der Offshore‑Anlagen von 50Hertzt aus Sicht der zentralen Leitstellen‑ und Koordinierungsfunktionen sicher.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Offshore Operation Centers mit der Offshore Betriebsleitwarte (OCC) sowie der Marine-Koordinierung (MCC),
- Definition von Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten, Prozessen und Schnittstellen innerhalb des Fachgebiets,
- Sicherstellung des 24/7‑Leitstellenbetriebs,
- Sicherstellung eines sicheren, zuverlässigen und regelkonformen Betriebs der Anlagen, in Delegation der Anlagenbetreiber, im Netzbetrieb Offshore,
- Zentrale operative Steuerung und Koordination von Offshore-Aktivitäten,
- Führung und Entscheidungsfindung in Störungs‑, Eskalations‑ und Krisensituationen,
- Weiterentwicklung von Betriebs‑, Leitstellen‑ und Koordinierungsprozessen,
- Strategische Ausrichtung des OOC zur Integration zukünftiger Anlagen und Technologien (z. B. HVDC‑Netzanbindungen, Interkonnektoren),
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, Projekten, Dienstleistern und Behörde.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einer elektro- bzw. energietechnischen Fachrichtung,
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in relevanten Kontexten von Stromnetzbetreibern, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Offshore, Leitstelle, Tech-IT und Netzbetrieb
- Gute Kenntnisse von Offshore Betriebsprozessen, Sicherheitsanforderungen und maritimen Abläufen,
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung,
- Starke Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeiten, wirksames Stakeholdermanagement,
- Bereitschaft zur Mitwirkung in Ruf-, Bereitschafts- oder Eskalationsstrukturen,
- Erforderlich ist eine Sicherheitsüberprüfung der Stufe 2,
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch C1, Englisch B2.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
