Mit der Verantwortung für Real Time Data schaffe ich als Product Owner ein wesentliches Element für die Überwachung, Steuerung und Optimierung des Netzbetriebs für das Netzleitsystem der Zukunft.

 

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz entwickelt das Next Generation Modular Control Center System (MCCS), um die Anforderungen an die Digitalisierung in der Energiewende zu erfüllen. Dabei sind die intelligente Nutzung von Daten und die Entwicklung eines zentralen Plattform-Ansatzes unabdingbar für den Erfolg. Dabei manage ich hochkomplexe Daten unseres Stromnetzes mit höchsten Anforderungen an Verfügbarkeit und Datenqualität für Millionen von Realtime-Datenpunkten. Ich gestalte diesen Wandel und begleite so engmaschig die damit verbundene Entwicklung der Plattformstrategie und Datennutzung. 

 

Die Services des Teams Real Time Data ermöglicht uns die Verbindung von MCCS Software Modulen mit dem realen Stromnetz, d.h. unserer Leitungen, Transformatoren, Schalter und vielem mehr. Die Nutzung historischer Daten hilft anderen Team Muster und Trends zu identifizieren, Lastprofile zu prognostizieren und Engpässe vorherzusagen. 


Meine Aufgaben

  • Konzeption & Strategie: Ich erarbeite ein zukunftsfähiges Konzept für das Handling von Real-Time Daten, berechneten Werten (Calculation Engine) und der Historisierung im SCADA/EMS-Kontext sowie beimOT/IT-Gateway & Konnektivität. Ich definiere die Anforderungen für die sichere und performante Datenübertragung zwischen der Feldebene (OT) und den IT-Systemen unter Berücksichtigung höchster Security-Standards,
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Ich nehme komplexe Anforderungen aus dem Fachbereich und Produkt Teams auf und baue Brücken zwischen Business-Logik (Netzführung) und technischer Implementierung,
  • Agile Führung: Ich übernehme die  fachliche Leitung des Product-Teams (Developer, Solution Architects, Data Engineers) sowie die Pflege und Priorisierung des Team-Backlogs basierend auf der Product Line Roadmap.

 

Meine Kompetenzen 

  • Studium & Fundament: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Elektrotechnik (Schwerpunkt Energietechnik), Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit technischem Verständnis,
  • Agile Expertise: Erfahrung als Product Owner, Product Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle in einem agilen Softwareumfeld (Scrum, Kanban, idealerweise Erfahrung mit skalierten Frameworks wie SAFe oder LeSS),
  • Data Engineering Know-how: Grundverständnis für moderne Datenarchitekturen (z. B. Zeitreihendatenbanken/Historians, Message Broker wie Kafka, Kubernetes-basierte Deployments) und die Logik von Calculation Engines.    
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Ich verfüge über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.
    Erste Erfahrung in der kritischen Infrastruktur, Energiewirtschaft oder im SCADA Bereich,
  • Rufbereitschaft: Bereitschaft zu telefonischer Rufbereitschaft.


Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil

  • Tiefes Domänenwissen SCADA / EMS: Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Funktionsweise von Leitsystemen (SCADA) und Energiemanagementsystemen (EMS). Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Protokollen der Fernwirktechnik (z. B. IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61850).
  • OT-Security & Gateways: Verständnis für die besonderen Security-Anforderungen an der Schnittstelle zwischen Office-IT und Prozess-IT (OT).
  • Überfachliche Kompetenzen: Ich agiere als kommunikationsstarke Brückenbauer*in, die komplexe Anforderungen präzise in technische User Stories übersetzt und dabei den Product Value konsequent priorisiert. Auch in kritischen Projektphasen moderiere ich sicher zwischen Technik und Betrieb und bewahre stets die nötige Resilienz.
