Meine Aufgabe im Kompetenzbereich Technische Planung und Realisierung ist die Bearbeitung und Koordination übergeordneter Prozesse und Aufgaben darunter z. B. operatives Ressourcenmanagement, technisch-wirtschaftliche Steuerung und Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und der Einkaufsabteilung. In der Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Management, technischen Mitarbeitenden und der Projektorganisation sorge ich für effiziente, zielgerichtete Abläufe.
Meine vielseitigen Aufgaben umfassen:
- Zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte im Kompetenzbereich bei Fragen zum Prozessmanagement, operativen Ressourcenmanagement oder zu Rahmenverträgen & Vertragsmanagement,
- Beauftragung, Verlängerungen sowie administratives On- und Offboarding externer Ressourcen für technische Dienstleistungen in Projekten,
- In Abstimmung mit der Koordination für strategisches Ressourcenmanagement sowie dem Einkauf von 50Hertz Rahmenverträge pflegen, anpassen und ausschreiben,
- Pflege der Prozessdatenbank und der Sharepoint-Umgebung zum bereichsinternen Prozessmanagement,
- Anforderungen an Qualitätsmanagement mit dem Bereich erarbeiten, im Prozess sicherstellen und umsetzen,
- Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten identifizieren.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbar,
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Koordination komplexer Prozesse und Ressourcen,
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit,
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Organisations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Flexibilität,
- Grundsätzliches Projektverständnis,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement und in der Anwendung von BPMN 2.0,
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Office 365 (Power BI), SAP/P2P,
- Kenntnisse der wirtschaftlichen und technischen Rahmenbedingungen der Energiewirtschaft.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group.
