Ich verantworte unterschiedlichste Verträge zwischen uns und unseren Lieferanten, darunter große EPCI, nach BGB, VOB oder FIDIC und arbeite in Projektteams für große Netz-Infrastrukturprojekte.
Das macht den Job für mich interessant: Bei 50Hertz arbeite ich in einem dynamischen Umfeld vor allem in Projekten zum Aufbau der Netz-Infrastrukturen zur Umsetzung der Energiewende. Je nach Projekt bzw. Warengruppe bin ich teilweise ab der Ausschreibungsphase dabei, spätestens in der Realisierungsphase bin ich erste Ansprechpartner*in für Lieferanten. Mit meinem kaufmännischen und juristischen Know-How finde ich für Vertragsänderungen oder Vertragsstörungen Lösungen, die das interne Projektteam als auch unsere externen Partner zufriedenstellen und den Projektfortschritt gewährleisten.
Meine Aufgaben
- Um jederzeit mit komplexen Projektinhalten vertraut zu sein, bringe ich mein Know-How bereits in der Phase der Ausschreibung, Verhandlung und Vertragsgestaltung ein,
- Ich bin direkte Ansprechpartner*in für die Projektleitung sowie für Lieferanten hinsichtlich vertraglicher Fragestellungen,
- In Abstimmung mit den Projektbeteiligten und der Rechtsabteilung führe ich die vertragliche Korrespondenz mit unseren externen Partnern,
- Ich habe zu jederzeit den Überblick über den Status der Nachträge, vereinbarten Preisen und Zahlungsmeilensteinen meiner Verträge und kann zu kommerziellen Themen jederzeit Auskunft geben,
- Ich stelle sicher, dass unsere Strategie zur späteren Claim-Abwehr, aber auch für eine effiziente Vertragsabwicklung wirksam umgesetzt wird,
- Ich erkenne frühzeitig Situationen im Projektablauf, die zu Mehrkosten und Störungen führen könnten und sorge für Abhilfe,
- Ich bereite Nachtrags- und Claim Verhandlungen vor und leite diese eigenverantwortlich.
Ich kann mich dabei spezialisieren auf
- Projekte zur Realisierung der Netzanschlüsse von Windparks in der Nord- und Ostsee (z.B. LAN WIN 3, Ostwind 4), oder
- Projekte im Tiefbau von großen Infrastrukturprojekten, z.B. SüdOst-Link, oder
- Bauleistungen oder elektrotechnische Leistungen in Umspannwerken oder im Freileitungsbau.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator.
