Ich übernehme Verantwortung im Facility Management von 50Hertz.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Im Facility Management bei 50Hertz gestalte ich aktiv das tägliche Geschehen in unserer Firmenzentrale mit. Ich übernehme Verantwortung für kaufmännische Prozesse und sorge dafür, dass interne Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren – von der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen bis zur Steuerung externer Dienstleistender. Die Vielfalt der Aufgaben und die direkte Wirkung meines Handelns motivieren mich jeden Tag aufs Neue.
Meine Aufgaben
- Ich arbeite die täglichen operativen Aufgaben und Tickets ab und koordiniere sie, um den reibungslosen Ablauf des Facility Managements sicherzustellen,
- Ich bearbeite die kaufmännischen Vorgänge für das Facility Management und die Neubauprojekte meines Fachgebiets in SAP,
- Ich wirke bei der Koordinierung von Veranstaltungen in der Firmenzentrale mit,
- Ich unterstütze bei der Bearbeitung der Vorgänge im Zutrittskontrollsystem sowie in der Schrankverwaltung,
- Ich organisiere und überwache Dienstleistende und sonstige Nachunternehmer,
- Ich pflege die relevanten Daten in den Systemen des Facility Managements,
- Ich stimme mich eigenständig mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen ab (u. a. Einkauf, Rechnungswesen, Controlling),
- Ich entwickle Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter – mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung und Automatisierung.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Ich habe ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium, Fachwirt*in oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung,
- Ich bringe mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Facility Management mit – idealerweise im Umfeld der Energiewirtschaft,
- Ich verfüge über gute Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Berufspraxis in SAP sowie über gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in MS Office,
- Ich bin kommunikationsstark und echte*r Teamplayer*in,
- Ich arbeite strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert,
- Ich beherrsche die deutsche und englische Sprache sehr gut (C1 Niveau).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Ich besitze einen Führerschein der Klasse B.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
