Ich sorge dafür, dass die Facility-Leistungen externer Partner an unseren Bürostandorten sowie in unseren Umspannwerken anforderungsgerecht durchgeführt werden.

 

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz trägt Verantwortung für die Stromversorgung von mehr als 18 Millionen Menschen und leistet einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Energiewende. Gemeinsam mit meinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie mit unseren Dienstleistern arbeite ich an der technischen und kaufmännischen Abwicklung aller Themen rund um das Facility Management an unseren Standorten des Regionalzentrums Mitte in Berlin und Brandenburg. 


Meine Aufgaben

 

  • Für die Facility-Leistungen an unseren Standorten bin ich projektleitend tätig und plane sowie verantworte die entsprechenden Budgets,
  • Unsere externen Partner koordiniere sowie führe ich und kontrolliere die erbrachten Leistungen stichprobenartig,
  • Ich erfasse aufkommende Instandhaltungsbedarfe, sorge für die Beauftragung entsprechender Leistungen oder für eine kurzfristige Havariebeseitigung,
  • Außerdem koordiniere ich verschiedene Dienstleister, z.B. für die Kantinen an unseren Bürostandorten oder im Fuhrparkmanagement,
  • Mit Behörden, Eigentümern und Pächtern stimme ich mich im Bedarfsfall ab,
  • Ich beauftrage, erfasse und prüfe die Abrechnung aller Facility-Leistungen in SAP,
  • Ich unterstütze unseren Einkauf bei Vertragserstellungen,
  • Zusätzlich nehme ich die Funktion als Anschlussbahnleiter für unsere Gleisanlagen wahr.


Meine Kompetenzen

 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung einer technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen bzw. kaufmännischen Fachrichtung,
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office,
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Lösungsorientierung sowie gute Organisationsfähigkeit,
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1 – B2),
  • Führerschein Klasse B.


Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

 

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Facility Management oder in ähnlichen Bereichen,
  • Gute Kenntnisse über haus- und bautechnische Anlagen,
  • Gute SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
