Ich entwickle in der ELIA-Group langfristige Einkaufsstrategien zur Entwicklung meiner Warengruppen und verantworte die dazugehörige Beschaffung von Instandhaltungsbedarfen im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld.


Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Die Kombination aus strategischer Beschaffung und operativer Umsetzung über den gesamten Life Cycle hinweg bietet mir ein abwechslungsreiches und verantwortungsvolles Aufgabenfeld. Besonders spannend finde ich die gruppenübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit 50Hertz und der Elia Group sowie die Vielfalt der technischen Dienstleistungen, die ich beschaffe.


Meine Aufgaben

  • Ich beschaffe auf Gruppenebene und arbeite damit in Projekten sowohl für 50Hertz als auch Elia,
  • Ich entwickle kontinuierlich langfristige Warengruppenstrategien und sorge für deren konsequente Umsetzung,
  • Ich betreue (auf der Beschaffungsseite) den gesamten Life Cycle meiner Warengruppen von der Ausschreibung an, über Vertragsverhandlungen und Abschluss hin zu Verhandlung und Lösung von Nachträgen,
  • Ich beschaffe bspw. im Onshore-Bereich Dienstleistungen zur Reparatur von Erdkabeln, Inspektion von Freileitungsmasten/-leitungen und im Offshore-Bereich die Instandhaltung von Kränen, Feuerlöschanlagen, das Facility Management, tragenden Strukturen auf dem Meeresboden etc.,
  • Ich führe Ausschreibungsverfahren nach EU-Vergaberecht und SektVO durch,
  • Ich führe Vertragsverhandlungen in englischer sowie deutscher Sprache,
  • Ich verantworte das Vertragsmanagement, Vertragsstörungen wie Verzug und Gewährleistungsthemen,
  • Ich habe die OPEX-Kosten immer im Blick,
  • Ich bin in stetiger Abstimmung mit den Projektbeteiligten bzw. Anforderern, um Bedarfe zu ermitteln,
  • Ich stehe im stetigen Kontakt mit den von mir betreuten Lieferanten und baue gleichzeitig neue Kontake auf.


Meine Kompetenzen 

  • Ich verfüge über mindestens fünf Jahre praktische Vollzeiterfahrung in der gesuchten Tätigkeit,
  • Ich arbeite strukturiert und organisiert,
  • Ich trete souverän und durchsetzungsfähig auf und kommuniziere sehr klar und überzeugend,
  • Ich bringe herausragende Fähigkeiten im Stakeholdermanagement mit,
  • Ich beherrsche die deutsche und englische Sprache auf einem verhandlungssicheren Niveau (C1).

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
