Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Als Ingenieurin für Arbeitssicherheit Offshore sorge ich dafür, dass die gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Vorschriften zur technischen Sicherheit sowie zum Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Brandschutz in unseren On- und Offshore-Anlagen eingehalten werden. Mit diesem Engagement wirke ich an der Energiewende mit und trage aktiv zur sicheren Energieversorgung bei, während ich zugleich Möglichkeiten zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung nutze.
Meine Aufgaben
- Identifikation und Management von Gefährdungen sowie proaktives Handeln zur Unfallverhütung.
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte in Arbeitssicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzfragen.
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Betriebsanweisungen.
- Koordination mit externen Partnern und Behörden zur Einhaltung und Umsetzung von Sicherheitsstandards.
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterweisungen.
- Überwachung und Pflege des betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements in Abstimmung mit dem Betriebsarzt.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Schiffstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Ausbildung zur Sicherheitsfachkraft.
- Kenntnisse im Aufbau und Betrieb von Hochspannungs-Übertragungsnetzanlagen und Offshore-Anlagen.
- Erfahrung mit technischen Regularien (z.B. DGUV V3, DIN VDE 0105).
- Gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Gesundheitliche Eignung für Offshore-Tätigkeiten.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. Behind the Scenes
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
