Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Als Ingenieur*in für Umwelt-/ Naturschutz und strategisches Qualitätsmanagement Offshore achte ich auf die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Vorschriften sowie der behördlichen Auflagen zur Gewährleistung des Umwelt- und Naturschutzes in und an den On- und Offshore-Anlagen. Dabei wirke ich aktiv an der Energiewende mit und habe die Chance, mich in einem technischen und zukunftsorientierten Umfeld weiterzuentwickeln.
Meine Aufgaben
- Identifikation und Management von Risiken im Bereich Umwelt- und Naturschutz sowie proaktives Handeln zur Vermeidung potenzieller Beeinträchtigungen.
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte in Umwelt- und Qualitätssicherungsfragen.
- Strategische Koordination und Entwicklung des Qualitätssicherungssystems im Offshore-Bereich.
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung des elektronischen Qualitätsmanagementsystems.
- Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Behörden und relevanten Partner*innen im Bereich Umweltschutz.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Umwelttechnik.
- Qualifikation zum Abfall- und Gewässerschutzbeauftragten sowie zum Gefahrgutbeauftragten.
- Kenntnisse im Betrieb von HS-Übertragungsnetzanlagen und Offshore-Anlagen.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Gesundheitliche Eignung für Offshore-Tätigkeiten.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. Behind the Scenes
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
