Als zentrale Projektassistenz unterstütze ich die Projektteams von laufendenden und geplanten Infrastruktur-Projekten.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz treibt aktiv die Energiewende voran und will den Netzausbau schneller machen. Die Digitalisierung bricht Grenzen auf: Der ÜNB der Zukunft wird ein vollständig digitales System sein, in dem Grenzen sowohl zwischen verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen als auch zwischen verschiedenen Schritten in der Energiewertschöpfungskette verschwinden werden. Deshalb bereiten wir unsere Infrastruktur auf eine datenintensive Zukunft vor. In diesem Kontext sorge ich für einheitliche Arbeitsweisen und Prozessabläufe in unseren Projekten.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung und Entlastung der Projektleitungen bei:
- der Projektdokumentation und relevanten administrativen Aufgaben,
- der Projektplanung,
- der Erstellung von Berichten und der internen und externen Kommunikation.
- Unterstützung der Projektteams:
- beim Pflegen und Verwalten von Terminen/Projekt-Kalendern,
- bei der Email-Aufbereitung: Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung des Projekt-Email-Funktionspostfaches,
- bei Arbeiten in verschiedenen SAP – und weiteren internen Modulen,
- bei Soll/Ist Vergleichen für Termine, Budgets und Zwischenergebnissen,
- bei der Nachverfolgung der zu erbringenden Leistungen Dritter.
- Dokumentationsverwaltung:
- Anfertigen von Schemen und Zeichnungen (gerne auch einfache technische Zeichnungen wünschenswert),
- Download und einheitliche Ablage von Dokumenten (z.B. im digitalen Ablagesystem),
- Einholen relevanter Informationen,
- Einheitliche Kommunikationsablage (über Projektpostfach) inkl. der Unterstützung bei der Projektrevision (in Bezug auf Projektenddokumentationsablage).
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erfolgreich absolviertes wirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium,
- Berufserfahrungen in der Projektarbeit sind erforderlich,
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Standard Anwendungssoftware MS-Office und SAP,
- Bereitschaft, sich in technische Hintergründe sowie technischer Normen und Richtlinien einzuarbeiten,
- Strukturierungs-, Organisations- und Kommunikationsgeschick,
- Eigenständige, zielorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise bei den übertragenen Aufgaben,
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnis (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. Our goal is to integrate 100 percent renewable energy into the grid and system securely and affordably by 2032.

Behind the Scenes
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
