Werde Teil der Grid Analysis Product Line und entwickle mit uns das Next Generation Netzleitsystem für die digitale Energiewende, um Energieflüsse möglichst effizient und sicher zu managen.
Das macht den Job für Dich interessant: 50Hertz entwickelt das Next Generation Control Center Ecosystem (Modular Control Center System), um den Anforderungen an die Digitalisierung in der Energiewende zu erfüllen. Gestalte mit uns diesen Wandel und begleite uns in der damit verbundenen Entwicklung von Produkten, die den Netzzustand in Real-Time und prädiktiv bewerten. Diese Produkte erleichtern den Arbeitsalltag unserer Operatoren und stellen sicher, dass so viel wie möglich Erneuerbare Energien in unser Netz eingespeist werden können, während das Netz stabil gehalten wird.
Deine Aufgaben
- Gestaltung bzw. Weiterentwicklung der Vision und Roadmap für Netzberechnungsprodukte,
- Du bist mit deinem Team verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb (You build it, you run it) der Software und der Prozesse rund um dein zugeteiltes Produkt für die 50Hertz und die Elia Systemführung,
- Du bist verantwortlich für dein Backlog, das Erstellen von User Stories, die Abstimmung mit anderen Teams und der Präsentation in Sprint Reviews,
- Du arbeitest eng zusammen mit Entwickler*innen, Architekt*innen, Anwender*innen und Fachspezialist*innen sowie den anderen Product Teams des Product Clusters,
- Du verstehst Dich als Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen den Entwicklern*innen und Stakeholdern/ Endanwendern,
- Planen, Treiben und Durchführen von Proof of Concepts, MVPs, sowie Analyse von potenziellen, technischen Lösungsansätzen,
- Erstellung, Abstimmung und Pflege von Roadmaps, Release-Plänen sowie der Betriebsplanung des entwickelten Produkts.
Deine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Ingenieurswissenschaften, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Physik,
- Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle,
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden, insbesondere Scrum bzw. Scrum@Scale (idealerweise Zertifikate),
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Software für technische Anwendungen im Bereich Optimierung und Automatisierung, Energiemanagement, Netzberechnungen/ Simulationen oder im Bereich SCADA,
- Erfahrung im Parametrieren und Testen von Optimierungslösungen für nicht-lineare Probleme die auch diskrete Entscheidungsvariablen beinhalten,
- Grundlegendes Verständnis im Bereich Regelungstechnik,
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von Netzberechnungen wie Lastfluss oder Optimal-PowerFlow,
- Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative,
- Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu visualisieren und zu erklären,
- Entrepreneurship mit Kreativität für neue Lösungsansätze bzw. einem lösungsorientierten Produktdenken,
- Teamplayer, der/ die andere Teams mit seinem/ihrem Wissen unterstützt und motiviert,
- Hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft und Bereitschaft sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten,
- Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch (B2).

- Idealerweise: Schulungen / Zertfikate zu SCRUM und/oder SAFe,
- Erfahrung mit CIM/CGMES,
- Erfahrung mit PandaPower,

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator.
