Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Bei 50Hertz gestalte ich aktiv die Energiewende mit. Die Tätigkeit verbindet technisches Know-how mit strategischer Verantwortung: Normen umsetzen, Schulungen gestalten und Netzbetriebsprozesse optimieren – für eine stabile und zukunftsfähige Energiewelt.
Meine Aufgaben
- Umsetzung von DIN- und VDE-Vorschriften sowie Lessons Learned in die 50Hertz-Regelwerke, Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen für EuP, Anlagenverantwortliche und Elektrofachkräfte,
- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der Richtlinie Netzführung und Netzbetrieb (NNÜ) inkl. Redaktionsteam,
- Vertretung von 50Hertz in Normungsgremien (z. B. DKE) und Ableitung relevanter Handlungsfelder,
- Mitwirkung in der Mittelfristausschaltplanung sowie Priorisierung von Netzbetriebsprojekten,
- Unterstützung bei Projektübergaben in den Netzbetrieb inkl. Vorgaben für Prüfgruppen.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit elektrotechnischem Schwerpunkt (Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik) oder ähnliche Qualifikation,
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung,
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Netzbetrieb, in der Anwendung von Normen und Regelwerken sowie in der Schulung von Fachpersonal,
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in DIN/VDE-Normen, Arbeitssicherheit und Netzbetriebsprozessen,
- Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denken, Teamfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift,
- Führerscheinklasse B.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil
- Erfahrungen in der Projektumsetzung mit BIM-Systemen,
- Erfahrungen im SAP-Umfeld, insbesondere SAP-PM,
- Erfahrungen als Betriebsingenieur*in bei Betreibern von Infrastrukturanlagen.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
