Das macht diesen Job für dich interessant: 50Hertz entwickelt das Product Modular Control Center System (MCCS, http://www.mccs.com) und setzt diverse innovative Projekte um, um den Anforderungen an die Digitalisierung in der Energiewende zu erfüllen. Das Chapter Project Management unterstützt die Produkt- und Projektarbeit bei 50Hertz. Zu den Kernaufgaben gehört die Besetzung von Projekten und Produkten mit internen und externen Mitarbeiter*innen. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt in der einheitlichen Anwendung von agilen und klassischen Projektmanagement-Methoden durch Schulungen, Workshops und Onboarding-Sessions. Das Chapter ist zudem verantwortlich für die Rekrutierung und Entsendung von Mitarbeiter*innen in Projekte, Programme und Cluster. Es bietet auch umfassende kaufmännische Services, einschließlich Bestellwesen, Rahmenverträgen und betriebswirtschaftlichem Projektsupport. Darüber hinaus fördert das Chapter Change-Management und die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit. Die Rolle des Chapter Leads Project Managment gestaltet durch Teamentwicklung und fachliches Verständnis die Zukunft bei 50Hertz.


Meine Aufgaben:

  • Leitung der Tätigkeiten des Chapter-Teams, inklusive Prüfung des Outputs sowie Geschwindigkeit, Qualität, Kosten usw. der Dienstleistungen,
  • Sicherstellung der Entwicklung des Teams und ihrer Fähigkeiten in den zugewiesenen Themen,
  • Disziplinarische Führung sowie Koordination, Entwicklung, Motivation und Coaching von Chapter-Mitgliedern (intern und extern),
  • Suche, Rekrutierung und Einstellung von Chapter-Mitgliedern im Einklang mit den Anforderungen der Produkt-, Projekt- und Linienteams,
  • Bereitstellung von Chapter-Mitgliedern zu den Produkt-, Projekt- und Linienteams,
  • Disziplinarische Führung von bis zu 25 Mitarbeiter*innen (Project Manager und PMO),
  • Förderung von effektiver Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Chaptern, Produkten und Projekten.


Darüber hinaus bringst du fachliche Fähigkeiten mit, um folgende Aufgaben wahrzunehmen:

  • Vertragsgestaltung und Verhandlung von Dienstleisterverträgen im zugewiesenen Chapter,
  • Verwaltung und Reporting des Budgets des Chapters anhand von Leistungsindikatoren,
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines Netzwerks interner und externer Interessengruppen,
  • Initiierung, Formulierung und Weiterentwicklung von Strategien/ Prozessen/ Verfahren für das Chapter,
  • Identifizierung, Bewertung und Implementierung von Werkzeugen und Rahmenwerken,
  • Bei Bedarf Erarbeitung von projektnahen/ produktnahen technischen Standards und Lösungen für das Chapter,
  • Lieferantenentwicklung und gemeinsame Erarbeitung neuer, innovativer Technologien im Projekt- und Produktbereich.


Meine Kompetenzen: 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Richtungen: Wirtschafsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Business Analytics, Informationsmanagement, Projektmanagement, Compliance und Risikomanagement oder vergleichbar, 
  • Erste Führungserfahrung verbunden mit den jeweiligen Skills & Kompetenzen, 
  • Fähigkeit, Teams und Einzelpersonen zu motivieren und zu entwickeln,
  • Interesse an IT sowie komplexen Prozessen und den Zusammenhängen zu ihren elektrotechnischen Grundlagen, 
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeiten, 
  • Erfahrung in der Talentbeschaffung und -förderung, 
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Interessengruppen, 
  • Fähigkeit, in einem komplexen und dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten, 
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1).


Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Energiewirtschaft, vorzugsweise bei einem Netzbetreiber,
  • Technisches Fachwissen und Kenntnisse im Bereich des beschriebenen Chapters.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
