Als Business Analyst übersetze ich Nutzerbedarfe , identifiziere Optimierungspotenziale und treibe als Teil eines agilen Produktteams die digitale Transformation der Systemführung voran.

Prozessabläufe, entwickele innovative Lösungen und trage für eine klare Kommunikation zwischen Fachbereichen und IT bei. Ich unterstütze dabei, die regulatorischen und kundenorientierten Anforderungen effizient umzusetzen und die digitale Transformation der Systemführung aktiv mitzugestalten.
Meine Aufgaben
- Erhebung, Analyse und Abstimmung bestehender und neuer Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktteam, Fachbereichen und IT,
- Definition, Priorisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Anforderungen (und Capabilities) innerhalb der Product-/ Topiccluster,
- Einführung und Nutzung geeigneter Methoden und Tools sowie Implementierung von Qualitätsstandards und Best Practices (als Teil des Chapterteams),
- Enge Abstimmung mit IT-Entwicklungsteams und Product Owner, um Releases zu sichern und Entwicklungsprozesse zu optimieren,
- Entwicklung von Strategien und Roadmaps für digitale Lösungen in enger Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern,
- Durchführung von Workshops sowie anschließende Ergebnisaufbereitung.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsinformatik/ Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Elektrotechnik, Energiewirtschaft oder Ingenieurswissenschaft – oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch langjährige Berufserfahrung und/ oder erworbene gleichwertige Kenntnisse,
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und schnelle Erfassung von komplexen Prozessen unterstützen dich in deiner täglichen Arbeit,
- Engagement, Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke zeichnen dich aus,
- Sichere Deutschkenntnisse - Verhandlungssicher (C1) runden dein Profil ab.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil
- Eine starke Technikaffinität und Interesse an der Energiewirtschaft sind wünschenswert,
- Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung in Agilen Arbeitsweisen (u.a. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe),
- Methodische und praktische Kenntnisse in Requirements Engineering wünschenswert,
- Erste Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung wünschenswert.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
