Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Als Business Analyst übersetze ich Business-Anforderungen in klare fachliche und technische Anforderungen, identifiziere Optimierungspotenziale und arbeite mit cross-funktionalen Teams an der digitalen Transformation im Asset Management. Ich treibe wirksame Veränderungen in der Energiewirtschaft voran und bringe die Energiewende mit neuen Lösungen aktiv mitgestalten voran. Im Asset Management nehme ich die Rolle des Asset Owners ein und schaffe durch ein strukturiertes, strategisches Asset Management die Voraussetzungen, Grundlagen und Standards für einen nachhaltigen Netzbetrieb.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Erhebung, Analyse und Abstimmung von bestehende sowie neuen Anforderungen im Umfeld Asset Management in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt-/Projektteam, IT-Entwickler*innen und Asset Fachbereichen,
- Priorisierung, Pflege und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Anforderungen (u.a User Stories und Use Cases),
- Sicherstellung der Nachverfolgbarkeit und Qualität der Anforderungen (inkl. Anforderungsmodellierung) über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus,
- Anwendung geeigneter Methoden und Werkzeuge im RequirementsEngineering sowie Etablierung von Qualitätsstandards und Best Practices,
- Enge Abstimmung und fortlaufende Kommunikation mit IT-Entwicklungsteams (u.a. Solution Architekt, Data Analyst) und Product Owner, um Releases zu sichern und Entwicklungsprozesse zu optimieren,
- Analyse und Darstellung von Geschäftsprozessen und Architekturen im Kontext von IT und Datenprojekten,
- Durchführung fachlicher Tests und Abnahmetests sowie Bewertung der Testergebnisse,
- Planung und Durchführung von Workshops sowie anschließende Ergebnisaufbereitung.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen, Informatik, oder vergleichbarer Disziplinen,
- Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer und/oder Ähnliches mit Schwerpunkt Use Case Analyse, Prozessanalyse und/oder Datenanalyse,
- Eine starke Technikaffinität und Vorkenntnisse an der Energiewirtschaft und/oder Asset Management Umfeld,
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturiertes Denken und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten,
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie ein souveräner Umgang mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Stakeholder*innen,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Softwarelösungen entlang des Asset‑Lebenszyklus, z. B. in Engineering‑Tools, technischen Datenplattformen oder Lösungen für Asset‑Performance und Monitoring,
- Methodische und praktische Kenntnisse in Requirements Engineering (z.B. nach in IREB/CPRE oder BABOK) wünschenswert,
- Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Modellierungssprache (wie z.B. ArchiMate, UML, BPMN, EPK),
- Praktische Erfahrung in Agilen Arbeitsweisen,
- Kenntnisse in User-Centered Design und Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Prototypen.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group.
