Als Werkstudent*in im Recruiting unterstützt du uns dabei, die Talente von morgen für die Energiewende zu gewinnen. Dabei wirkst du insbesondere an operativen Prozess im Recruiting und Bewerbungsmanagement sowie im Employer Branding mit.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung unseres Talent Acquisition Teams bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben im Recruiting-Prozess,
- Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen, Übernahme des operativen Bewerbungsmanagements und Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität,
- Enge und selbstständig Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team aus Werkstudierenden und Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs bei gemeinsamen Aufgaben,
- Einbringung eigener Ideen zur Optimierung unserer Recruiting-Prozesse sowie Unterstützung ihrer Weiterentwicklung,
- Übernahme weiterer Themen und Projekte je nach eigenen Interessen und Stärken.
Wir stellen uns vor, dass du...
- Dein Studium der BWL, (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit großem Engagement verfolgst,
- Bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Büroumfeld oder in administrativen Tätigkeiten gesammelt hast,
- Ein ausgeprägtes Interesse am Thema Recruiting mitbringst und ein Auge fürs Detail hast,
- Eine selbstständige, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise mitbringst,
- Kommunikationsstark und ein Organisationstalent bist,
- Ein hohes Maß an Vertrauenswürdigkeit mitbringst und gern im Team arbeitest,
- Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office-Programme hast,
- Über sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift verfügst.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
