Steige im Team Digitale Unternehmenskommunikation in spannende Aufgabenfelder im Kontext der Energiewende ein!
Das macht den Job für dich interessant: Unterstütze das Team Digitale Kommunikation, unter anderem beim Launch der neuen 50Hertz-Unternehmenswebsites. Erstelle eigene Unterseiten in Sitecore (Content Management System), migriere bestehende Inhalte in das System und bringe deine redaktionellen Fähigkeiten mit ein, um unsere Websiteinhalte bestmöglich zu präsentieren.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei der Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung unserer digitalen Kommunikationsplattformen (Intranet, Websites, Digital Signage etc.),
- Unterstützung des Projektteams beim Relaunch der Unternehmenswebseite und Erstellung eines Migrationsplans (dazu gehört die enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und Abteilungen, um ein reibungsloses Migrationsprojekt zu gewährleisten),
- Weboptimierte Aufbereitung zielgruppenspezifischer Inhalte in enger Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen,
- Redaktionelle Aufbereitung und Veröffentlichung von Content in unseren Content-Management-Systemen,
- Consulting von Kolleg*innen bei Fragen rund um unsere digitalen Plattformen und deren Nutzung,
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Content Audits und der Optimierung von Informationsarchitektur und Navigation auf unseren Plattformen,
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der User Experience unserer Kommunikationskanäle,
- Recherchen zu digitalen Trends, Tools und neuen Technologien in der Unternehmenskommunikation.
Wir stellen uns vor, dass Du...
- Dein Studium der Fachrichtung Kommunikation, Marketing, Medieninformatik, UX Design, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digital Media oder ähnlichem Schwerpunkt verfolgst,
- Praktische Erfahrungen mit Content Management Systemen gesammelt hast (z. B. Sitecore, DNN, Unily, WordPress o.Ä.),
- Erfahrung im Verfassen von Texten und Strukturieren von Inhalten hast,
- Dich durch deine sorgfältige, strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise auszeichnest,
- Mit Microsoft 365 und den gängigen Programmen wie Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Word und PowerPoint vertraut bist,
- Mobiles Arbeiten als flexible Ergänzung nutzt und dennoch regelmäßig im Büro präsent bist,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift aufweisen kannst.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
