50Hertz ist einer der vier Übertragungsnetzbetreiber in Deutschland. In deiner Position wirst du „The Nest“, den internen Inkubator der Elia Group, sowie bei UX/UI Themen unterstützen.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du unterstützt bei der Gestaltung von benutzerfreundlichen, intuitiven und ansprechenden Benutzeroberflächen für unsere digitalen Produkte,
- Du führst Nutzerforschung durch, um Einblicke in die Bedürfnisse und Präferenzen der Zielgruppe zu gewinnen,
- Du erstellst Wireframes, Prototypen und Designs unter Berücksichtigung von Usability-Prinzipien,
- Du arbeitest mit dem Entwicklungsteam zusammen, um eine nahtlose Integration von Design und Funktionalität sicherzustellen,
- Du nimmst aktiv an UX Chapter Aktivitäten, Designreviews und Iterationsprozessen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Benutzererfahrung teil,
- Du beobachtest aktuelle Trends im UX/UI Design und integrierst relevante Elemente in deine eigenen Gestaltungsansätze.
Wir stellen uns vor, dass du...
- Eingeschriebene*r Student*in im Bereich Produktdesign, UX-Design oder verwandten Studiengängen bist,
- Grundkenntnisse in gängigen Design-Tools wie Figma und Miro besitzt,
- Verständnis für UX/UI Design-Prinzipien mitbringst und die Fähigkeit hast, diese in kreative Lösungen umzusetzen,
- Über Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit für die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen verfügst,
- Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, Feedback konstruktiv umzusetzen besitzt,
- Begeisterung für digitale Produkte und deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung hast,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift aufweist.
Erste Vorkenntnisse in Condens (Research Repository) sind kein Muss, machen Deine Bewerbung aber zusätzlich interessant für uns.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
