Unterstütze das Portfoliomanagement bei der Implementierung einer Projektmanagement-Richtlinie und erhalte Einblick in die vielfältigen Prozesse eines größeren mittelständischen Unternehmens.


Deine Aufgaben: 

  • Die Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung einer Sharepoint-Umgebung als Veröffentlichungsplattform der Richtlinie,
  • Die Textanalyse und Konsistenzprüfung verschiedener Bestandteile der Projektmanagement Richtlinie,
  • Die Visualisierung von Inhalten der Richtlinie anhand von Schaubildern,
  • Pflege und Erweiterung der Richtlinie,
  • Die Erstellung von Präsentationen und Berichten sowie die Visualisierung komplexer Sachverhalte.


Wir stellen uns vor, dass du...

  • Ein fortgeschrittenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem, Informations- und Wissens-Management, oder energiewirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt engagiert verfolgst,
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Sharepoint-Entwicklung oder Websitegestaltung,
  • Dich durch Teamorientierung, Kommunikation sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise auszeichnest,
  • Die gängigen MS-Office-Programme insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint sehr gut beherrscht,Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift aufweist.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
