Hier plane, unterstütze und koordiniere ich die Einsätze der Service-Teams bei Instandhaltungsaufgaben im Netzgebiet der 50Hertz
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Im Team des Anlagenservice kann ich unmittelbar daran arbeiten, die Instandhaltung von sämtlichen Assets im Höchstspannungsnetz zu ermöglichen und die unterschiedlichen Teams bei ihren täglichen Einsätzen zu unterstützen.
Meine Aufgaben
- Durchführung von Bestellungen und Wareneingangsbuchungen über SAP und Hubwoo (z. B. Material, Dienstleistungen, Spedition),
- Steuerung von Aufträgen und Netzplanbestellungen inkl. Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen,
- Erstellung technischer Unterlagen (z. B. WMS) und Präsentationen,
- Organisation von Dienstreisen, Schulungen, Prüfungen und Teamevents,
- Begleitung des Onboardings inkl. Bereitstellung interner Tools und Informationen,
- Unterstützung im Office-Management: Postbearbeitung, Terminplanung, PSA-Bestellung.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Meisterin oder Technikerin im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Betriebstechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar,
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, eigenverantwortliches und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten,
- Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit internen und externen Ansprechpartner*innen,
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP),
- Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit,
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen innerhalb des 50Hertz-Netzgebiets,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Instandhaltung von Betriebsmitteln im Bereich Hochspannung/ Elektrotechnik wünschenswert,
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der Arbeitsvorbereitung wünschenswert.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group.
