Ich überwache den Zustand der 50Hertz-Kabelanlagen im Offshore-Umfeld, übernehme Verantwortung für Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und bringe mich aktiv ein für eine erfolgreiche Energiewende.

Als Betriebskoordinator*in für Kabeltechnik Offshore führe ich Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an den in Betrieb befindlichen Kabelanlagen durch und engagiere mich bei der Realisierung der Offshore-Netzausbauprojekte direkt vor Ort. Dabei wirke ich aktiv an der Energiewende mit und habe auch die Chance mich weiterzuentwickeln.
Meine Aufgaben im Einzelnen:
- Wartung, Inspektion, Qualitätskontrollen und Beseitigung von Mängeln sind Kernaufgaben meiner Tätigkeiten. Dabei lege ich selbst Hand an oder koordiniere Vertragspartner
- Planen, Durchführen und Überwachen von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an On- und Offshore-Kabelanlagen,
- Ich übernehme Verantwortung als Anlagenverantwortliche,
- Koordinieren des Arbeitseinsatzes von Fremdfirmen und eigenem Personal,
- Mitwirkung bei Netzausbau- und Umbauprojekten einschließlich der Anleitung und Koordinierung der Baukontrolleur*innen,
- Prüfung und Beurteilung von technischen Unterlagen sowie Kontrolle einer vertragsgerechten Umsetzung,
- Arbeitssicherheits- und umweltgerechtes Verhalten um- und durchsetzen,
- Mitwirkung bei technischen Schulungen und Arbeitsschutzbelehrungen,
- Ich nehme teil am Bereitschaftssystem und wirke mit bei Störungsaufklärung und Störungsbeseitigung.
Mein Kompetenzprofil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene (elektro-) technische Berufsausbildung,
- Berufserfahrung in der Elektrotechnik, vorzugsweise im Bereich Energieversorgung oder Hoch- oder Mittelspannungstechnik oder im Bereich Kabelinstallationstechnologien On- und Offshore,
- Klare und konstruktive Kommunikation mit allen internen und externen Beteiligten, Organisationsfähigkeit, Umsetzungsstärke und Teamfähigkeit,
- Gesundheitliche Voraussetzungen für eine Offshore-Tauglichkeit,
- Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse (B2) und gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2),
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, Datenbanken, Grundkenntnisse SAP von Vorteil,
- Fahrerlaubnis PKW.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
