Meine Aufgaben:
- Ich führe und entwickle das Fachgebiet Indirect Procurement & Field Services sowie mein Team, die Strukturen und Kompetenzen kontinuierlich weiter,
- Ich verantworte die strategische Beschaffung indirekter Bedarfe, Materialien und Dienstleistungen und stelle eine wirtschaftliche sowie nachhaltige Versorgung des Unternehmens sicher,
- Ich entwickle und steuere Warengruppen-, Lieferanten- und Beschaffungsstrategien und baue langfristige strategische Lieferantenpartnerschaften auf,
- Ich optimiere Beschaffungsprozesse, Governance-Strukturen und Einkaufsstandards und sorge für transparente sowie effiziente Abläufe,
- Ich steuere komplexe Vergabe- und Ausschreibungsverfahren, verhandle strategisch relevante Verträge und verantworte den Managed Service Provider für externe Personalressourcen.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Einkauf, Beschaffungs- oder Supply-Chain-Management,
- Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Prozessmanagement oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld,
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Durchsetzungsstärke,
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Reisebereitschaft,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1), sowie idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.
Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.
Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
