Hier verantworte ich die strategische Beschaffung von Umspannwerkskomponenten, entwickle Warengruppen- und Lieferantenstrategien und sichere damit die Versorgung der Projekte von 50Hertz.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz gestaltet die Energiewende aktiv mit. In der Fachgebietsleitung Electrical Equipment Substations verantworte ich die strategische Beschaffung zentraler Umspannwerkskomponenten und leiste damit einen direkten Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Netz- und Infrastrukturprojekte. In diesem Umfeld habe ich zugleich die Chance, mein Know-how in den Bereichen strategischer Einkauf, Lieferantenmanagement und Vertragsgestaltung gemeinsam mit internen und externen Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich auszubauen und weiterzuentwickeln.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Fachgebiets Electrical Equipment Substations,
- Strategische Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams strategischer Einkäufer*innen für die Beschaffung von Umspannwerkskomponenten zur Sicherstellung einer langfristigen, wirtschaftlichen und nachhaltigen Versorgung mit elektrischen Betriebsmitteln,
- Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, Vergabeverfahren sowie strategischen Beschaffungsinitiativen,
- Verantwortung für das Vertragsmanagements einschließlich Vertragsverhandlungen, Rahmenverträgen, Risikomanagement und Einhaltung von Compliance-Anforderungen,
- Aufbau, die Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung strategischer Lieferantenbeziehungen einschließlich Performance-, Governance- und Eskalationsmanagement,
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung komplexer und strategisch relevanter EU-Vergabeverfahren,
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Beschaffungsprozessen, Lieferantenleistungen und Vertragsstrukturen.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium, vorzugsweise in den Fächern Elektrotechnik, Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften; alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Beschaffungswesen oder Supply-Chain-Management,
- Fundierte Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, Prozessmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Aufgabenfeld,
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein sicheres Auftreten in Verhandlungs- und Konfliktsituationen,
- Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft, ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und Leistungsorientierung,
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1),
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen, insbesondere nach Brüssel,
- Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams oder fachlichen Arbeitsgruppen.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
