Ich prüfe und bewerte Bauleitplanungsverfahren im 50Hertz-Netzgebiet und stelle die fristgerechte Erarbeitung und Übermittlung von Stellungnahmen sicher.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Die Aufgabe von 50Hertz ist es, jederzeit ein stabiles Übertragungsnetz zur Verfügung zu stellen. Um unsere vorhandenen Rechte, auf Grundlage derer wir unsere Anlagen betreiben, bewahren zu können und den Weg für unsere ambitionierten Neubauprojekte zu bahnen, ist es unerlässlich sich mit Planungen Dritter zu beschäftigen. Diese müssen hinsichtlich möglicher Auswirkungen auf die Betriebsfähigkeit und den geplanten Ausbau des Übertragungsnetzes bewertet werden. Hier komme ich in die Verantwortung, mein umfassendes Organisationsgeschick unter Beweis zu stellen und überzeuge mit meiner Kommunikationsfähigkeit und schnellen Auffassungsgabe bei der Koordinierung der technischen und rechtlichen Zuarbeiten.
Meine Aufgaben
- Prüfung, Klassifizierung und Bewertung der externen Beteiligungsunterlagen im Hinblick auf Anlagen und Grundstücke der 50Hertz,
- Anlegen der Datensätze inkl. digitaler Dokumentenzusammenstellung (interne sowie externe) in einem Datenbanksystem,
- Federführende Organisation und Koordination der termingerechten Zuarbeit sämtlicher Bereiche und Abteilungen,
- Erstellung und Qualitätssicherung der finalen Ausgangsschreiben zur (Nicht-) Betroffenheit im Rahmen der TÖB-Beteiligung und Organisation des termingerechten Postausganges u.a. unter Nutzung diverser Beteiligungsportale externer Organisationen,
- Inhaltliche Vorbereitung und Erarbeitung von Stellungsnahmen (z.B. Bauleitplanungsvorgänge).
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor, Master oder Diplom) im Bereich der Stadt- und Regional-/ Raumplanung oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs,
- Kenntnisse des Verwaltungs- und Planungsrechts,
- Kenntnisse einschlägiger Gesetze, Normen und Vorschriften,
- Kenntnisse zur Liegenschaftsverwaltung,
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office sowie Datenbank-Anwendersoftware,
- Sprachen: Deutsch (C1), Englisch (B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Geoinformationssystemen,
- Grundkenntnisse von technischen Einrichtungen der Hoch- und Höchstspannungstechnik,
- Grundkenntnisse des Vertragswesens.

Who are we?
We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. Behind the Scenes
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.
Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.
Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
