Im Team mit meinen Kolleg*innen verantworte ich die strategische Investitionsplanung bei 50Hertz und stelle die dafür notwendigen Werkzeuge bereit und entwickle diese weiter.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Die Abteilung Projekt-Portfoliomanagement bei 50Hertz vereint strategische Investitionsplanung mit der operativen Steuerung eines vielseitigen und dynamischen Portfolios von Infrastrukturprojekten. Für optimale Investitionsentscheidungen – im Einklang mit der Strategie der Elia Group – ist die Erhebung und Kombination von Daten verschiedener Fachbereiche und -systeme notwendig. Als Mitarbeiter*in im Team der strategischen Portfoliosteuerung übernimme ich dieVerantwortung für einzelne Teilprozesse der Investitionsplanung.
Als Kontaktperson insbesondere für die Beschaffungsplanung bin ich Wissenträger*in gegenüber dem Team und bilde die Schnittstelle zu weiteren Fachbereichen im Unternehmen. Mein Know-Howin der Ausgestaltung von Prozessen, Auswertung von verschiedenen Datenquellen bringe ich team- und bereichsübergreifend in die Entscheidungsfindung ein. Damit trage ich zur Erreichung der strategischen Ziele von 50Hertz und dem wirtschaftlichen Erfolg bei. Ich arbeite mich gern in immer wieder neue Aufgaben- und Problemstellungen ein, nutze dabei meine vorhandenen Kompetenzen und baue mein Wissen kontinuierlich aus.
Meine Aufgaben
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Portfoliomanagement, insbesondere der Beschaffungsplanung,
- Schnittstellenfunktion gegenüber anderen Fachbereichen im Unternehmen, z.B. Einkauf, Regulierung, Projektbereichen,
- Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung des Portfolio-Reportings,
- Präsentation der Ergebnisse innerhalb des Teams sowie gegenüber unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern im Unternehmen,
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Prozesse und -systeme im Portfoliomanagement.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Mit Master oder Diplom abgeschlossenes Studium einer geeigneten Fachrichtung (z.B. Ingenieurswesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ähnlich),
- Erfahrungen in der Datenanalyse,-visualisierung und -aufbereitung und damit einhergehenden gängigen Tools (bspw. PowerBI und Excel),Versierter Umgang mit Produkten der Microsoft 365 Familie,
- Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten,
- Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative,
- Sprachen: verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Portfoliomanagement-Software,
- Erfahrung bei Planung und Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten.

At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
