Hier stelle ich die konsequente Umsetzung der digitalen Transformation sicher, indem ich die dafür erforderlichen Maßnahmen strukturiere und die Verantwortung für die Roadmap übernehme.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz, Teil der Elia Group, ist an vorderster Front der Energiewende tätig und gewährleistet gleichzeitig die Versorgungssicherheit für 18 Millionen Menschen. Um auf die Herausforderungen der (digitalen) Energiewende vorbereitet zu sein, sind verschiedene interne Transformationsprozesse notwendig, um die Digitalisierung voranzutreiben. In diesem Zusammenhang kann ich als wichtige Ansprechperson im Herzen des Transformationsmotors einen Beitrag leisten.
Meine Aufgaben
- Management von Projekten zur digitalen Transformation von der Initiierung bis zum Abschluss,
- Koordination von Projektaufgaben, Verwaltung von Zeitplänen und Überwachung der Projektdurchführung mit agilen Methoden,
- Implementierung von Change-Management-Strategien zur Unterstützung reibungsloser organisatorischer Übergänge,
- Erstellung von Berichten, Präsentationen und Analysen zur Steuerung unseres digitalen Portfolios,
- Effektive Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern zur Gewährleistung eines klaren Verständnisses der Projektziele,
- Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zur Bewältigung von Herausforderungen und Sicherstellung des Projekterfolgs.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung,
- Relevante Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle im Bereich digitale Transformation,
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten,
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Implementierung agiler Praktiken und Change-Management,
- Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten und Probleme strategisch zu lösen,
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und gutes Deutsch, sowie starkes Interesse an IT-Themen und Digitalisierung.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit im Konzernumfeld,
- Zertifizierung in Agile oder als Scrum Master.

Who are we?
We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
