Übernehmen Sie die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung baulicher Tätigkeiten sowie die Baustellenkoordination zur Errichtung von Umspannwerken an Land.
Von der Planung über die Vergabe bis hin zum Bau und der Inbetriebnahme von Umspannwerken begegnen Ihnen folgende Aufgaben:
- Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich die Steuerung und Koordination des Fachprojektes, des Bauablaufes und der gebundenen Auftragnehmer*innen,
- Angefangen von der Planung des Budgets für das Bauvorhaben, der Realisierung der einzelnen Planungsschritte über die Genehmigungsplanung bis hin zur Ausführungsplanung sowie der Erarbeitung von Ausschreibungsgrundlagen und Vergabestrategien für die notwendigen Vergaben leiten Sie das bautechnische Projekt,
- Teilnahme an den Vergabeverhandlungen inklusive Führung ihres Verhandlungsteils,
- Sie erarbeiten die notwendigen Genehmigungsunterlagen und kontrollieren während des Bauablaufs die Einhaltung der Genehmigungsauflagen sowie die Einhaltung öffentlich-rechtlicher und privatrechtlicher Vereinbarungen inkl. der Abstimmung mit beteiligten Partner*innen und Behörden,
- Sie behalten stets die Termine und Kosten im Blick, informieren die Projektleitung regelmäßig über die Entwicklungen,
- Die Abnahme der erfolgten Bauleistungen sowie der Projektdokumentation ist ein weiterer Bestandteil Ihrer Tätigkeit,
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Aktualisierung von technischen Richtlinien.
Ihr Kompetenzprofil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung,
- Erfahrungen in der Planung und Durchführung von Bauvorhaben, vorzugsweise im Bereich des Baus von elektrotechnischen Anlagen,
- Kenntnisse einschlägiger Vorschriften, Gesetze und technischen Normen,
- Kenntnisse im Planungs- und Genehmigungsrecht sowie öffentlich-rechtlicher Vorschriften (u.a. Artenschutz, Naturschutz- und Umweltrecht, Wasserrecht),
- Erfahrung bei der Führung und Abwicklung von Projekten zur Planung und Umsetzung (Projektmanagementerfahrung),
- Notwendige Reisebereitschaft, wie sie im Rahmen der unterschiedlichen Projektphasen erforderlich ist,
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

Typical areas of work for construction engineers at 50Hertz
Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.
Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.
Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
