Hier übernehme ich HSE-Verantwortung innerhalb eines der größten Höchstspannungsgleichstrom-Erdkabel-Projekte.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Der Bereich DC-Links ist für alle HGÜ-Korridorprojekte im Zuständigkeitsbereich der 50Hertz verantwortlich, die zum größten Teil als Erdkabel realisiert werden. Eine Reihe von Netzausbauprojekten dieser Art sind in der Pipeline. Innerhalb dieser Projekte befinden wir uns derzeit in verschiedenen Entwicklungsphasen zwischen der Planungs- und Genehmigungsphase und dem Baubeginn. Die Bauaktivitäten sind dabei ein wichtiger Bestandteil.
Als Programm HSE Manager*in verantworte ich die Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz-Themen und führe fachlich die HSE Organisation innerhalb der Programmorganisation unter Berücksichtigung bestehender Standards, vorhandener Verträge und der 50Hertz- und Projektmanagementvorgaben. In der Rolle der HSE Manager*in gestalte ich die Zusammenarbeit mit den internen sowie externen Stakeholdern und Vertragspartnern.
Ich habe die Chance, mich inhaltlich im Management großer Programme mit nationalen Stellenwert weiterzuentwickeln und meine Kompetenzen in der fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeiter*innen auszubauen.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Systematische Erstellung und Formulierung der HSE-Konzepte für die Programme SuedOstlink+ und NordOstLink unter Berücksichtigung von identifizierten möglichen Gefahren in den einzelnen Gewerken und der 50Hertz-Vorgaben,
- Definition der HSE-Organisation sowie der Verantwortlichkeiten, Meldeketten, Erste-Hilfe-, Brandschutz- und Notfalleinrichtungen, individuelle Sicherheitsanforderungen auf den jeweiligen Baustellen im Kontext der Programme und der 50Hertz-Vorgaben,
- Entwicklung entsprechender wesentlicher Kennzahlen und eines Reportings, um geeignete Maßnahmen zur stetigen Verbesserung des Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzes abzuleiten, umzusetzen und nachzuhalten Regelmäßige Baustellenbegehungen mit den jeweiligen Projektverantwortlichen inkl. Dokumentation und Nachhalten von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen,
- Mitwirkung beim Onboarding von Lieferanten hinsichtlich HSE und Teilnahme an Vergabeverhandlungen sowie Erarbeitung und Durchführung von Schulungen.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Senior Spezialist*in mit einem abgeschlossenen Studium (Master oder Diplom) einer ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation mit umfangreichen Erfahrungen im HSE-Management,
- Qualifikation als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Branchenspezifik Elektrotechnik / Bau),
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Regelwerken der DIN, DGUV, TRBS sowie des Arbeitsschutz- und Arbeitssicherheitsgesetzes,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich von großen Infrastrukturprojekten.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Kenntnisse der wirtschaftlichen, technischen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen der Energiewirtschaft,
- Sehr gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (B2).

Behind the Scenes
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.
Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.
Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
