Das macht diesen Job für Sie interessant: Als Programmleitung übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung eines zentralen Netzausbauprojekts zur Realisierung einer DC-Verbindung mit Stromrichter. Dieses Projekt ist essenziell für das Erreichen der deutschen Klimaziele.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Strategische Steuerung des Programms und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Störungen,
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Termin-, Qualitäts- und Budgetzielen,
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Projektleiter*innen im Programm,
- Vertretung des Programms gegenüber internen Gremien, Behörden, Lieferant*innen und Projektpartner*innen,
- Steuerung programmbezogener Entscheidungen (z. B. Personal, Vergabestrategien),
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Programmorganisation und des Teams,
- Austausch und Koordination mit anderen DC-Programmen im 50Hertz-Portfolio.
Ihr Kompetenzprofil:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Großprojekten, idealerweise im Infrastruktur- oder Linienprojektbereich,
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten,
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Entscheidungsträger*innen,
- Kenntnisse in der Organisationsentwicklung großer Projektstrukturen,
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse der Netzwirtschaft,
- Unternehmerisches und strategisches Denken, hohe Selbstständigkeit sowie Organisationsfähigkeit,
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (z. B. durch Auslandsstudium oder internationale Berufserfahrung).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement (z. B. IPMA) ist von Vorteil.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.
Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.
Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
