Mein Ansporn ist es, daraus echte Mehrwerte für 50Hertz, die Branche und die Energiewende operativ zu gestalten. Meine Aufgaben:
- Führung und Positionierung des neu gegründeten Fachgebiets „Daten und operative Services“,
- Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden und Teambuilding,
- Operative Verantwortung für die Bereitstellung energiewirtschaftlicher Daten und Datenanwendungen – auch als Leitbild für andere externe Datenbereitstellungsprozesse,
- Erschließung, Lobbying, Ausgestaltung und pragmatische Ausprägung von neuen energiewirtschaftlichen Rollen und Aufgaben für 50Hertz,
- Gelebte Verzahnung innerhalb der Elia Gruppe und mit energiewirtschaftlichen Akteuren zur Lösungsfindung, Kooperation und zum Perspektivwechsel.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Mit Master abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mathematik, Physik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar,
- Erste Führungserfahrung und konkrete Ideen zur Mitarbeitendenentwicklung,
- Außerordentliche analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten zur Abstraktion komplexer Fragen,
- Verständnis für den Aufbau effizienter Datenbank- und Analysesysteme,
- Vorerfahrungen in der Elektrizitätsversorgungsbranche,
- Ausgeprägtes Vermittlungsgeschick, Moderationsfähigkeit,
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch beide verhandlungssicher (C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrungen in der Moderation komplexer Multi-Stakeholder-Prozesse,
- Idealerweise Expertise mit agilen Softwareteams,
- Internationale Berufserfahrung.

Who are we?
We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. Our goal is to integrate 100 percent renewable energy into the grid and system securely and affordably by 2032.

A job with a future

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
