Ich wirke mit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Strategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichsleitungen, der Geschäftsführung und den Gremien der Elia Group.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Ich bringe meine fundierten Kenntnisse der wirtschaftlichen, technologischen und regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen der Energiewende in Deutschland und Europa ein, um in sehr selbstständiger Weise Trends hinsichtlich ihrer Auswirkungen auf Übertragungsnetzbetreiber zu bewerten. Dabei nutze ich auch meine branchenübergreifenden Kontakte und baue mir innerhalb des Unternehmens ein Netzwerk auf. So erkenne ich Chancen und Herausforderungen für 50Hertz und die Elia Group und entwickle auf Basis meiner Analysen überzeugende Strategiekonzepte, die ich für eine effektive Umsetzung im Alltag der Unternehmensbereiche operationalisiere. Dabei lerne ich das Unternehmen und dessen Entscheidungsträger*innen schnell kennen.
Meine Aufgaben
- Durch meine jahrelange Erfahrung im strategischen Managementumfeld erkenne ich frühzeitig Trends und deren Auswirkungen,
- Ich beobachte und analysiere Trends, Chancen und Herausforderungen innerhalb und außerhalb der Energiewende und bewerte deren Relevanz für 50Hertz und die Elia Group,
- Ich nutze mein branchenübergreifendes Netzwerk und baue gezielt interne Kontakte auf,
- Ich führe strategische Ad-hoc-Analysen zu technologischen und wirtschaftlichen Entwicklungen durch – z. B. Offshore-Wind, E-Mobilität, digitale Technologien oder Sektorenkopplung,
- Auf Basis meiner Analysen entwickle ich überzeugende Strategiekonzepte und trage zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung bei,
- Ich unterstütze die Bereichsleitungen, Geschäftsführung und Gremien bei der Strategieentwicklung und bringe meine Expertise in strategischen Fragestellungen ein,
- Ich bereite Strategie-Workshops für das Management vor und moderiere diese.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Ich habe ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung,
- Ich bringe mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der strategischen Beratung mit,
- Ich verfüge über ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und habe umfassende Erfahrung in der Umsetzung strategischer Projekte, insbesondere im digitalen Bereich,
- Ich arbeite eigeninitiativ, motiviert und gerne in einem dynamischen deutsch-belgischen Team,
- Ich kommuniziere sicher und überzeugend mit dem Management der 50Hertz bzw. Elia Group (sowohl in deutscher als auch in englischer Sprache),
- Meine Sprachkenntnisse in deutscher und englischer Sprache sind zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt auf C-Niveau.

Who are we?
We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. Our goal is to integrate 100 percent renewable energy into the grid and system securely and affordably by 2032.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
