Hier gestalte ich den Datenaustausch für das Energiesystem von morgen mit und bringe die Implementierung des deutschlandweiten MaBis-Hub voran.
Das macht den Job für mich interessant: Gemeinsam mit den anderen Übertragungsnetzbetreibern (ÜNB) und der Branche setze ich den MaBiS-Hub um, die zentrale, deutschlandweite Plattform für den Austausch von Energiedaten. Als Teil des Bereichs Energiewirtschaft bei 50Hertz gestalte ich damit Grundlagen für den Strommarkt der Zukunft, effiziente Prozesse in der Marktkommunikation und datengetriebene Innovationen. In dieser Rolle verbinde ich Stakeholder-Management mit energiewirtschaftlichem Know-how, IT-Affinität und Pragmatismus.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Interdisziplinäre und interkulturelle Zusammenarbeit zur Umsetzung von Daten- und Softwarelösungen (vor allem MaBiS-Hub),
- Weiterentwicklung des Energiesystems und dabei den regulatorischen Rahmen (national und in der EU) im Blick behalten und Konsequenzen für den Datenaustauch von morgen ableiten,
- Zielgerichtete Koordination von Projektabläufen sowie interner und externer Stakeholder,
- Erstellen von Analysen und Konzepten sowie Mitwirkung an Positionsfindungen zu neuen oder sich verändernden Aufgaben der ÜNB im Kontext Digitalisierung des Energiesystems,
- Mitarbeit in Arbeitsgruppen der ÜNB und anderen Gremien (national und international).
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnlich,
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft – beispielsweise mit Schwerpunkt Marktkommunikation oder Beratung,
- Stärken in der Strukturierung und zielgruppenorientierte Kommunikation komplexer Sachverhalte,
- Verständnis der Grundprinzipien agiler Produktentwicklung, vorzugsweise in Kontext großer Organisationen,
- Spaß am Arbeiten im Team und einem breiten Netzwerk interner und externer Stakeholder,
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkennnisse (C1) und Englisch fließend (B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrungen mit der Organisation und Governance von großen IT-Plattformen.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
