Hier gestalte ich den Datenaustausch für das Energiesystem von morgen mit und bringe die Implementierung des deutschlandweiten Mabis-Hub voran.
Das macht den Job für mich interessant: Gemeinsam mit den anderen Übertragungsnetzbetreibern und der Branche setze ich den MaBiS-Hub – die zentrale, deutschlandweite Plattform für den Austausch von Energiedaten – um. Als Teil des Bereichs Energiewirtschaft bei 50Hertz bin ich Schnittstelle zwischen nutzerorientierter IT-technischer Umsetzung und energiewirtschaftlichen Anforderungen für den Strommarkt der Zukunft, effiziente Prozesse in der Marktkommunikation und datengetriebene Innovationen.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Interdisziplinäre und interkulturelle Zusammenarbeit zur Umsetzung von Daten- und Softwarelösungen (vor allem MaBiS-Hub) mit Fokus auf der Schnittstelle zwischen fachlichen Anforderungen und IT-technischer Umsetzung,
- Mitarbeit in bzw. Gestaltung von agilen Software-Produktteams und Arbeitsweisen zur Entwicklung von Datenplattformen und entsprechender Anwendungen,
- Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung nutzerorientierter Prozesse, der User Experience sowie fachlicher Anforderungen an Datenmodelle und Plattformarchitekturen,
- Erstellen von Analysen und Konzepten zu neuen Aufgaben von Netzbetreibern im Kontext Digitalisierung des Energiesystems,
- Mitarbeit in Arbeitsgruppen und Umsetzungsprojekten der Übertragungsnetzbetreiber und anderen Gremien (national, international).
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnliches,
- Erfahrungen in der nutzerorientierten Projektarbeit und Multi-Stakeholder-Prozessen,
- Einschlägige Erfahrungen in der agilen Produktentwicklung und Plattformarchitektur, vorzugsweise im Kontext großer Organisationen,
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft,
- Spaß am Arbeiten im Team und einem breiten Netzwerk interner und externer Stakeholder,
- Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkennnisse (C1) und Englisch fließend (B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrungen mit der Organisation und Governance von großen IT-Plattformen.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
