Ich analysiere Energiedaten sowie Prozesse und trage mit der Entwicklung von Datenplattformen zur Digitalisierung der Energiewende bei.
Das macht den Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende und deren Digitalisierung. Eine wichtige Grundlage dafür liefern Energiedaten aus Messstellen, die im Energiedatenmanagement des Bereichs Kundenmanagement/Netzabrechnung verarbeitet werden, deren Anzahl mit dem Smart Meter Rollout stetig steigt und täglich über eine Million Datentransaktionen umfasst. Mit Hilfe meiner Datenanalysen und Use-Case-Beschreibungen trage ich zum verlässlichen und transparenten Datenaustausch mit unseren externen und internen Kunden bei. Auf diese Weise leiste ich einen wichtigen Beitrag zum sicheren Systembetrieb, einem erfolgreichen Netzausbau durch 50Hertz und einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Überwachen von Prozessabläufen, der Datenquantität und -qualität sowie von Fristen zur Sicherstellung regelkonformer Marktprozesse (GPKE, MaBiS, WiM),
- Aufbau und Durchführen des Reportings von Prozesskennzahlen,
- Erkennen von Incidents, Analyse und Identifikation der Ursachen von Abweichungen, sowie Beschreiben und Ergreifen von Maßnahmen zur Problemlösung,
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen von Kunden und Behörden,
- Analysen zur Ableitung von Optimierungspotentialen und Handlungsempfehlungen, Spezifikation von Use-Cases, Akzeptanzkriterien und deren Erfolgskontrolle zur Sicherstellung regelkonformer Marktprozesse (GPKE, MaBiS, WiM),
- Interdisziplinäres Arbeiten in Präsenz und remote mit Business, IT und Servicedienstleistern, crossfunktionalen Entwicklungsteams, der Qualitätssicherung und des Systembetriebs.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Mit Master oder Diplom abgeschlossenes Studium einer geeigneten Fachrichtung (z. B. Mathematik, Informationstechnik, Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Energietechnik),
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in Datenanalyse, Prozessanalyse, agile Produktentwicklung und Qualitätsmanagement, Incident- und Changemanagement,
- Bereitschaft zur umfangreichen Einarbeitung in fachliche Prozesse des deutschen und europäischen Energiemarktes, deren IT-Umsetzung und dazu die Fähigkeit komplexe fachliche und technische Sachverhalte selbständig zu erschließen sowie innerhalb fachfremder Teams zu kommunizieren,
- Starke Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Kenntnisse im Requirements Engineering (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc) sowie einer Modellierungssprache (UML, BPMN oder C4) und UX-Design,
- Anwendungserfahrung in Open-Source-Programmiersprachen wie Java, Python oder R und Robotic Process Automation (RPA) sowie Datenbankabfragen mit SQL,
- Erfahrungen als KeyUserin oder Applikationsmanagerin von energiewirtschaftlichen Anwendungen (CRM-, EDM- und Abrechnungssystemen),
- Markt- und Clearingprozesse zu Bilanzierungsverfahren mit fachspezifischer Kundenbetreuung zu MaBiS, GPKE und WiM,
- Verständnis für Anforderungen zur Sicherstellung der Revisions- und Datensicherheit der Prozesse und eingesetzten Lösungen wie nach GoB, GoDV, DSGVO, GNDEW,
- Beteiligung an Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten, Erfahrungen in Verbändearbeit,
- Agile Scrum Zertifizierung.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe.
