Absolviere gemeinsam mit 50Hertz Deine Ausbildung zum*r Kauffrau/ Kaufmann für Büromanagement mit Schwerpunt HR und sammle wertvolle Erfahrung bei dem Übertragungsnetzbetreiber für Nord/Ost-Deutschland und lege den Grundstein für Deine höchstspannende berufliche Entwicklung.

Deine Aufgaben – Ein Blick in die Praxis
Im Rahmen Deiner Berufsausbildung lernst und trägst Du dazu bei,
- die Organisation der Abteilungen durch die Pflege von Terminen und Koordination von Besprechungen zu unterstützen (auch auf Englisch),
- Rechnungen für durchgeführte Workshops und Veranstaltungen zu prüfen,
- Projekte/Veranstaltungen im Personalbereich zu begleiten und zu planen, indem Du z.B. Präsentationen erstellst, Bestellungen tätigst und Wareneingänge pflegst,
- Einblicke in das Personalwesen zu erhalten, bspw. in Personalentwicklung und Recruiting, Personalbetreuung und -abrechnung sowie Arbeits- und Tarifrecht, aber auch Arbeits- und Datenschutz.
In drei Jahren absolvierst Du die Berufsausbildung zur*m Kauffrau/ Kaufmann für Büromanagement mit Schwerpunkt Personalwirtschaft & Teamassistenz und wechselst regelmäßig zwischen Ausbildungs- und Praxisphase, d.h. zwischen privater Berufsschule (AfbB) und 50Hertz, um Dein frisch erworbenes theoretisches Wissen im Umfeld eines wachsenden Unternehmens der Energiebranche praktisch zu erproben. Deine Prüfung legst du – wie üblich – vor der IHK ab.
Dein Profil
- (bevorstehender) Schulabschluss mit guten bis sehr guten Noten,
- Interesse an der Energiewende und Spaß im professionellen Umgang mit den modernen Kommunikationsmitteln sowie IT,
- Motivation, Neues zu lernen und Verantwortung für erste eigene Projekte zu übernehmen,
- Pflichtbewusstsein, strukturierte Herangehensweise und Eigeninitiative,
- Teamfähigkeit, Durchhaltevermögen und Sorgfalt,
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an bürowirtschaftlichen und -organisatorischen Abläufen sowie ein grundlegendes Verständnis für unternehmerische Zusammenhänge,
- Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. Our goal is to integrate 100 percent renewable energy into the grid and system securely and affordably by 2032.

Behind the Scenes
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
